Entrance Preview
I took West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. I do not remember my actual score but it was around 46 K. And during online counselling I was allotted this college during the second round.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure of engineering is almost similar everywhere. The library and book bank facility of the college is very good. All the books are provided to the students post registration. We do not need to buy any particular one. Even if a student need extra they can issue it from book bank. Regular classes being held is definitely a plus point of the organisation.
Placement Experience
In my batch many were placed through campus and pool campus drive. For zero drive TCS campu to our campus. They offered around 26 students from our batch. Other than this other companies also came and offered. However, Regarding placements improvement is needed as the placements provided is not up to the marks from last two three years.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, I have heard about the scholarship and loan facility but do not have much idea about it as it has not been availed by me.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors/ Alumni of my college are very helpful and interactive. All our seniors definitely will always agree to help if you need them at any time. They are always friendly and helping to their juniors.
Exam Structure
Yes, the Exams and labs were very frequent and it has never been hectic. The facilities of labs are good. Student get enough time for lab sessions and practicals. The plus point is that faculties are really supportive. During the labs as well as lab exams. Theory exams are strict but its good to maintain the needed discipline during the Examination.
Faculty
The faculties are very good. I always liked their way of teaching and explaining the subject matters. Apart from class schedule whenever you face any difficulty, the teachers/ faculty members are always ready to help anytime. All the faculties are very friendly, supportive , very interactive to the students. All of them are really interested in which ever subject they are teaching.
