Remarks

Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi has got 8th rank in NIRF 2020. The MBA from IIT is pretty good in career growth. The positive reviews in placements, ROI, infrastructure and curriculum made me to join here. The admission is merit based on CAT scores.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very industry relevant. The faculties are highly qualified and top notch. They are very supportive in providing guidance and teaching learning experience. The pedagogy involves case studies, live projects, experiential learning etc.

Placement Experience

Good placements and good packages are there for IIT MBA always. Reckitt Benckiser, Synergy Consulting, Wipro, Shell, Rockwell Automation, Texas Instruments, ICICI Bank, GE Healthcare, Bain and Co. Barclays, Boston Scientific, BlackRock, Silverdale, Whirlpool, SHAREit were some of the many top recruiters. In 2020 final placement session, the highest CTC was INR 33 LPA and average CTC was INR 22.69 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

INR 800000 is the fees for the MBA programme. The scholarships are provided to students based on academic excellence, extra curricular excellence and merit based and need based. The study loans are also provided from banks.

Campus Life

The campus life will mould a good and efficient manger. The extra curriculars along with academics will enhance the social life of students. D-Mint The Finance Club, Ad-Marque The Marketing Club, Finatics The Finance Club, Resource Dimension HR Club, Quiz Club, Strategica The Strategy Club etc are some of the popular clubs in campus.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

BEYOND THE BOOKS COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

I applied in many colleges like SIT, VIT, BITS Pilani, Different branches of IIT, NITS. I had no thoughts of joing this college specifically. I chose the best one comparing with other colleges. M.Tech CSE IIT DELHI Review

I chose IIT Delhi because it has the best faculties and a strong alumni network. Besides this the research aspects here are better than other colleges. I had applied to IIT bombay, IIT Jodhpur, IIT madras and IIT kanpur but I got offer for IIT Delhi before all the other colleges.
