Remarks
The admission process was very simple. I went to the college, filled up the admission form in the north campus SOL, and submitted the form. Admission criteria were minimum of 60 percent marks in 12th. Then I paid the fees and books were issued to me.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was simple. I choose this course over the BCom pass because it is much preferred during the job hunt and gives more knowledge than other courses. Exams were conducted annually for 3 years and were easy to pass if one studied regularly. faculty: student ratio was around 1:25.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placements after completing the course, there were very few campus placements that were offered and the highest package that was offered was 3lakhs, the average package was 2 lakhs. Companies like Genpact, KPMG visited the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
the fees structure was like 3730 for 1st year, 3465 for 2nd year and 3365 for 3rd year. There is a provision of financial assistance to the economically weaker students i.e. rs 2500. Also, fee concession is provided to students with disabilities and also on a merit -cum -means basis.
Campus Life
Since it was a distance programme, there were only weekly classes held on weekends, only books were provided every year and one can sit in the library to study. there were no extracurricular activities nor any annual fest. Also, there was no social group, clubs or website for students run by students
