Remarks
I applied to L.D engineering college, Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya, and Vishwakarma college of engineering, I did not get admission due to high requirements. I got admission in the general quota. Admission criteria are different for different quotas but for the general category, we have to at least 80 percent in the state board exam. And a good score on the entrance exam. The admission process is done by ACPC (Admission Committee for professional courses).
Course Curriculum Overview
The scope of this course is very high at that time. This is a government college so some faculty are good and some are not. The majority of faculty have been done M.E. Only a few of them have been completed Ph.D. In one semester we have to pass two exams. One is conducted by the college and one is conducted by the Gujarat Technological University. it varies from person to person.
Placement Experience
From last year(7-8sem) company are started to coming in college. A local company like Argu soft, that soft. They are offer(2 to 3.5 LPA). Highest package = 3.5 lakhs ,and Lowest package = 2 lakhs. Almost every student got placed who wants to apply for the job.
Fees and Financial Aid
It is a government college so we have to pay only 1500, hostel fees are 6000(per year). The name of the scholarship is MYSY(Mukhyamantri Yuva swavlamban Yojna). If we have enough scores and attendance we got a scholarship of 12000 for a hostel. We did not get a job opportunity during our studies course.
Campus Life
The quench is our tech-fest that is organized every year. There is no specific month. We got every book and materials very easily. There are so many libraries in the city. There is no facility for sports. Social groups are run by seniors of college.
