The beauty of IIIT colleges is that they have revised and modern course curriculum and infrastructure also not like IIT & NIT where some 20-30 years old curriculum is taught.. That is the reason why IIIT are growing as much faster rate that is why it gains popularity among students to choose IIIT's rather than core branches in top 1 to 10 NIT or good branches in 11 to 31 NIT . Here at IIIT SONEPAT we are taught C programming , Data structure , Web development, Application programming, Python in 1st year itself. Faculty students ratio is 1:12 (like there are around 20 faculty for 240 students at present). Faculties teaching us all are PHD's from good colleges like IIT, NIT, IIIT and some good central universities. If we talk about exams - In a semester over a period of approx 5 months we have 2 Mid semester exam, 1 End semester practical exam and 1 End semester written Exam. Exam paper level are quit decent like above average.

Our colleges currently not provide internship actively but since we are in DELHI area so students grabs a lot of internship opportunities. Each students do internship in big or small organization Since internship is necessary. Students do highly paid (50000 to 80000 per month) , less paid ( 15000 to 50000 per month) as well as free internship.

Students are eligible to apply for Placements from starting of 7th semester. A lots of companies visits for IIIT SONEPAT students. Adobe System, Microsoft, Flipkart, PhonePe, Cvent, Accolite, IBM, Q3 Technology, Posist Technology, Ebizon Netinfo, Maq Software, Paytm, Oyo Rooms, Ion Trading, Pine Lab, Loconav, Fundwave, VNL, United Airlines Avis & Solution Pvt. Fees structure per semester is as below - approx. 62000Rs. Tuition fee , other charges 80000Rs. Hostel and Mess charges - 6000Rs. Per month, 6000Rs. Per month (because here hostel are like 5star hotel and mess food is awesome) Not fee hike is as such. Scholarship is not provided by colleges but you can avail it by your state government scholarship schemes and NSP schemes.

Every year at IIIT sonepat there are fresher parties, new year celebration other festival celebrations. We have signed a MOU with IIT HYDERABAD and DTU so every year some group of students went there to enjoy IIT hyderabad and hyderabad tour. We have access to DTU library facilities. Classes are highly hightech. We have many active clubs in our colleges like Sports club, photography club, Ecell, Coding club etc. We participate in many inter IIIT sport activities .

Here every room has 2 bed and they are like hotel. In every room we have big LED TV, Bed, Chairs, Table, Gyser, Fridge, Washing machine etc. That is the reason why they charges 6000Rs. Per month for per bed occupied. Food quality is awesome that is why they charges 6000Rs per month for mess food . For hostel and mess fee you have to just pay 1semester money in institute account by online payment. If you don't want hostel and want to live in PG then it is around 2 to 3km away..
