Remarks

Firstly I cracked JEE as per criteria to get admission in national level colleges. After selecting I fill our choice according to marks and interest and finally got a seat in NIT Jalandhar in the computer science and engineering department. The admission process was all about cross-checking your mark sheet transfer certificate result card of 10th 12th and JEE so that no scam can be there. It was just like first go there and then there and at so many places after getting admission classes started regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose computer science and engineering and I think in this digital area everyone wants to enter this field because it attracts your mind unwillingly. The faculty is good some of them are ok but some of them are highly knowledgeable. For class students and faculty, the ratio is not good but for labs, the ratio is good enough. Exam held 3 times in one semester but in online classes, the regular assessment makes your result and 1-time exam too.

Internships Opportunities

The Internship opportunity is good in my college. Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart Paytm salesforce Amex, and much more companies came to my college to select the student on the basis of written exam and then technical interview and then HR interview.

Placement Experience

The Placement is satisfactory. For CSE, ECE, ME placement is good enough. Almost all students got placed in a well-known company. Around 43 LPA is the highest package and 15 become the average LPA. My plan after my degree to get placed in our dream company.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to my fee structure is not good because for a national level institute 1 lakh is too high. And I belong from up and my college is in Punjab so up government give a little bit money approx 10000. Yes its little but helped too much.

Campus Life

The campus is good infrastructure also but the total area of my college is small I think its only 100+ acre. So in the hostel population density is come into the picture. The library is good when I saw first time library I was shocked o my god millions of books more than 10p books are available only on one topic. Classrooms are great, clubs are active. Good opportunity for sports and games. There are so many clubs just like coding club Bharat dhwani rajbhasa literature and debate club marketing club and so many more.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel faculty is good they care about our food water. They care about the maintenance of the bathroom and washroom. For attendance there is no generation come and show your fingerprint to the machine and your attendance will be marked.

Hostel Fee: INR 24500 per year

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Placement Experience:

From the 6 semester you will be eligible for the placement drive. Many companies visited LPU for recruitment and some of them are MNCs also The highest package is 1 crore from my batch and average is 7LPA. Around 90 to 95 % get placed.

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
