I got admitted on basis of AIEEE rank in BCET Durgapur in Information Technology. I have secured 100312 rank on All India basis. As I was from other state i have to apply through AIR.

As course is concerned I will rate 4 out of 5. We have given the facility to use whatever we want whether it is books, library, professors and any other facilities related to study. Professors are always available and their friendly behaviour has given us the freedom of asking doubt whatever we have in our little mind.

No, My college don't provide any internship. but it has collaborated with many institute that provide internship.

The college administration need to work on this department. As I unable to crack placement interview in my college and got places from off campus. but several time I have been push backward due to some politics in placement cell. Administration should keep on monitoring the company list and placement cell staffs so that there will some transparency.

As we have entered in our college there were cultural fests. soon after there sports tournament that is held in September month. Then we have been given freshers party which was really a great fun. The list of events that we have enjoyed in those golden 4 years Cultural Fest, Sports Tournament, NEN session, Fresher Party, DJ Nights, Welcome Party, Celebrate Party.

I have charged approx 225000 for whole 4 years including all charges and finally they have returned 5000 as they have taken for caution money. Fees breakup is as below 1st Semester and admission process 53000, 2nd Semester 23500, 3rd Semester :23500, 4th Semester 23500, 5th Semester 23500, 6th Semester 23500, 7th Semester 23500,

There were many student that have opted for the education loan from the PNB. College provide assistance in loan procedure. But i am unable to recollect is there any scholarship is given from our college.

Before entering in college I was in dilemma what type of environment will be there in college campus. After entering in college I found the campus very friendly. whether he was senior or junior or our friends all behaviour was awesome. Although our country recites male dominated society, here in my college campus or class there 50:50 gender ratio.

The exam structure follows the semester pattern. In 6 months there used to 3 internals and 1 externals. There were weight-age of each exams and addition of this will produce the final semester exam result. In Internals best of 2 is considered so we have the leverage to do better if one exam got bad marks.

Admission process started by applying online placement portal for WBUT. After providing details I have been given a date on which i have to select college from remaining based on my rank and interest. I have arrived at venue and took review of college from there available candidates and finally selected this college.

As we have mention, we are granted to use all the facilities but along with certain rules. We can go to library to study if we have leisure time. We can use cafeteria, college wifi etc. We have refreshed regularly by arranging fests, science exhibition, sports tournament. These all have given me the opportunity to keep my body fit along with my mind.
