I went through CENTAC, its a government program for students who are in Pondicherry who finishes thier 12th std.
Internships Opportunities
College doesn't provide internship. But if you are admitted by CENTAC then you are eligible for certain scholarship that will be provided by the government.
Placement Experience
Placement were relatively less when compared to others. But if you are capable of being competitive then you will be placed for sure. There will be many off campus requirements, by using that you can shine in the placement activities. This was one of the drawback of our college.
College Events
Our college is known for its fests, You will be experiencing many fests here. Every event is celebratory here. All festivals will be celebrated. Each department will have its own symposium and cultural fests. So the days will be fully fun packed. There is no restriction for enjoyment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is less when compared to other colleges. The fees will be varied depending on the course like MBA, B.Tech, MCA. For B.Tech the yearly fees is around 90000. For MBA it will charged for semester and MCA also the same. For exact fees structure you can call to college.
Fees and Financial Aid
College wont be providing any loan or scholarship facilities. Only the government is offering offering scholarship for the students who are admitted through CENTAC.
Alumni/Alumna
Recently a alumni meet was organised. They will be visiting college at times for the inaugural functions and for some workshops and seminars.
Exam Structure
The exam structure will be loose. You will get enough time to study. There will be sufficient holiday in between two examinations. Lab exams can be easily cleared. There will be two semester exams in a year. So that you have enough time for preparing for academics.
Admission
Apply through CENTAC. Call letter will be sent to you. We have to attend the counselling and we can choose our course based upon our interest and availability. After choosing the course we will go to the concern college and have to pay the fees. If you paid the fees your allotment will be confirmed.
Faculty
Really faculties are awesome. They will never hesitate to teach anything. The only thing which we have to from our side is we have to show our interest. You can meet them whenever you want. They are so friendly . There wont be much gap between the student and teacher relationship.
