Remarks
As I applied for my graduation in the school of open learning Delhi University here is open learning University another mean distance education. I didn't avail any quota for admission here you can get admission easily. If I talk about criteria of admission it was very simple you can register yourself on their website when they open admissions submit your details, submit related documents, your scanned signature and photo then in 1 to 2 days they will verify your details and you can now submit admission fees via any online payment method that's all you get enrolled successfully.
Course Curriculum Overview
As now University criteria of the exam are changed at past it is annual mode but now it was semester mode so you have to give exams two times a year. The exams are not so difficult to pass as you have chosen the field you can easily understand curriculum based on your 12th studies.
Internships Opportunities
As I didn't have any idea about internships that are available and which companies offered that but regular updates will be on the University website itself. Every year the placement department provide info whether for job alerts or for an internship or various paid/unpaid activities.
Placement Experience
From final year/semester students are eligible for campus placements as the drive gone active that time and students also got notifications by University website. As companies visiting there are from the corporate world like if I say about BCom students banks like ICICI, AXIS, HDFC visits. As I didn't have any idea about what salary package they offer. If I talk about the percentage of students who get placement they are 40-45%. My plan after getting a degree is to prepare for the banking exam Bank PO and do a job as a banker and perform higher posts in it.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I'm currently pursuing my course I'm in my 2nd year so I didn't get any job right now. I would like to know that our university provides financial assistance for studying for those who belong to the PWD category or lower caste category. I didn't get financial assistance because I belong to the general category.
Campus Life
As the school of open learning Delhi University is distance education based students must need some support or guidance while studying for that the students itself created a lot of telegram learning and query groups and WhatsApp groups also the students help each other in their studies.
