In now a days GLA conducts admission to all courses (except Ph.D.) is done on the basis of an online entrance test - "GLAET".

Course is designed by scholars and reviewed by academics from IIT, IISC and such reputed colleges. Time to time they have update according to requirement and latest technology in market.

Internships Opportunities

No internship provided by GLA university. TCS, Wipro, infosys , vvdn and more companies come here for campus drive. Average salary is Rs 5 lakhs per annum and maximum salary offered for two students of computer science in 2014 and salary was Rs 22 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience

It is very difficult to directly give figures of placement. However going by the GLA university published details in their website, it appears to be good. For private Universities one cannot directly depend upon their own publications. Also there is no authentication is possible.

College Events

There are so many events organised time to time in the university i.e. like sports, tech, entertainments. Spandan is annual fest in GLA which continues for 3 days. There are so many departmental Groups those used to conducts tech and sports fest.

Fees and Financial Aid

A scholarship worth Rs. 33,000/- per annum for the candidates possessing more than 90% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at 10+2 level as per eligibility requirement. The student has to maintain a minimum CPI of 8.25 to avail the scholarship in the next year of his/her studies.

Exam Structure

University exams are conducts in 2 phase according to semester including Labs and course curricular. Apart from these sessional exams are conducted frequently in 45 days.

Admission

Admission to all courses (except Ph.D.) is done on the basis of an online entrance test - "GLAET", held at 60 centres all over India. Admission to these courses is subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. Before applying for any of the course, please ensure that you fulfil the eligibility criteria.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

You must have at least 60% marks on the boards you have to attempt the college entrance test and must pass that test for admission. You can apply in both media offline as well as offline for giving the test and registration. Reservation benefits are not there at the time of admission only fee benefits are there.
