Pharma Internship & Stipend program

I am now studying at JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY, Kolkata in the pharmaceutical technology department and I admit hereby WBJEE. Here, to admit in JU in B.Pharm. The student must have PCB/PCM in 10+2 exam of min 55%. Candidates can take direct admission to Jadavpur University only through the management quota. Candidates, to admit through WBJEE, have to passed this exam with qualified marks. And after 3 round of councelling, they can admit in JU. As this is a prestigious university, students must carry a good number in 10+2 exam and also Wbjee to admit here easily.

I have chosen this course because I want to stay in the medical field. And in JU the course fee is too low that anyone can deserve it. this is a university holding NIRF rank 17. The faculty members are too friendly and hard working and there are so many students who have a pass out and now joined with the best pharma companies like Sun Pharma, Cipla, Mankind etc. Here in the 2020 batch students ratio is 9:1 for boys and girls. The teacher qualifications are all they are PHD degree holder. And very much good in their teaching. For this pandemic of covid - 19 many problems have been facing but those are temporary. In B.Pharm there is 8 semester and the exam is now conducted through online mode. The question quality is medium to us, not too hard to pass.

Sun Pharma, Cipla, mankind like many other companies are visit here and give students their opportunities. The internship is started with M.Pharm and PhD. Students after cracking JRF or GPat exam, are eligible for this internship.

The CSE department of JU is highly affordable. The highest package till the date of this department is 55 LPA and the average is 20 LPA. And in our department, department of pharmaceutical technology the package is 14 LPA and the average is 4 lpa. In JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY placement of this department like Computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, pharmaceutical technology is almost 100% placement. And the other is almost 60- 95 %. My plan after getting the degree is to crack the GPat and NIPER Exam and to admit to a NIPER college for M.Pharm.

The fee structure for 4 years B.Pharm course is for the first two year Student have to pay 5000 for course fee and 210 for an admission fee. And the last two years is the same as above. Here so many scholarships are given to the college and students can also avail the govt scholarship. As this is a prestigious university, so many companies come and most of the students are getting the job from campus with min 20000 stipends.

In JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY at first to welcome the newcomers a fest is held on a big stage. This is the starting of their life then all puja's are conducted here by the students. The best is the saraswati puja. This is memorable. And at last, a farewell ceremony is arranged. Ju central library has a huge amount of books and journals of all types they want. Only students and teachers can avail this. There are so many classrooms with AC, so students can comfortably attend the class. All types of sport like cricket. Football, tennis etc are here and there are so many extracurricular activities done on the campus. The JU is all about socialization. Many clubs like JUMS, JUSC etc are directly run by students.
