Admission was offline in which one has to fill the form and submit the concerned department and pay the required fees. After that books were provided. The minimum mark required was 60 percent in the 12th class.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because it has better market value than other courses. Faculty members were not that great and the faculty: student ratio was around 1:25. The teaching methods employed by faculties were old and non-practical. Exams were conducted annually and it was relatively easy to pass if one studied regularly throughout the year.
Placement Experience
Campus placements are provided only after completing the course successfully, Number of companies that visited the campus was not that many. Very few offers were made to students. The highest package was 3 lakhs per annum whereas 2 lakhs was the average package. The percentage of students getting placements was very less.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fees structure was like 3630 for the first year 3865 for the second year and 3365 for the third year. It also included the cost of books. Financial assistance is given to economically weaker students and also concession is provided on a merit basis. The chances of opportunity for campus jobs are less.
Campus Life
The Library is decently stocked with books and journals. However, there is no annual fest or tech fest conducted. Also, sports and extracurricular activities are close to nil nor there are any social groups, clubs, or websites for students run by students.
