At the time of my admission, I searched for a good college with my WBJEE score, so that way I forward previous year cut off of different colleges, then I find out this RKMGEC and CGEC college are best with my score, then I preferred RKMGEC for nearby of my house. Then the council at the top of this college and as regularly more such type of popular college.
Course Curriculum Overview
As I am an ECE student, so I will say proudly our department faculties are too good, they help so much in what you can say as theory as well as practical understanding. If I describe with the faculty teacher, I would say one of my favorite sirs is Tirtha Sankar Das, who is the HOD of our department. His interaction with the student is so beautiful and friendly behavior. Total faculties were 10 in our department.
Internships Opportunities
Here a few companies will offer internships, the rest you have to apply via internsala, get the opportunity. If I say previous years' conditions a little bit students get a chance to grab this opportunity.
Placement Experience
Placements are not up to the mark of this college, in previous 2 years nearly 1/8th of total students get placement via college through some exam and interview, rest of them applied for offline exams and interview then get a chance for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
In our college, everyone can apply for whatever scholarship available in West Bengal, also based on the merit of the student he/she can available half or full tuition fee waive. In Our college, for ECE the fees were 6000 rupees, and at the time of each semester exam, the fees were 1200 rupee.
Campus Life
As the college is established in 2016 the college infrastructure is not very big, but yes, it may be big in the future of 3-5 years. Although in our college have 2 boys and 2 girls hostels, 2 academic buildings as well. Chemistry lab, computer lab, a library that is also available.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are very clean and food service also very good I would say. Each hostel have incharge with some college teachers so not have any uncleaned behaviour here. Here have in a week nearly 2 non veg meals rest have veg meals. And quality of in daily 2 times are sufficient for that time.
