Remarks

I've visited 3 colleges for my admission in BHM, in the first college the practical labs were very small and practicals were not conducted regularly, and in the 2nd college placement was not upto the mark (this I got to know after talking to one of their students), & when I got to know about SSCHM I felt a bit happy after knowing about the practicals and placements, after meeting the faculty for the admission process I was really happy knowing that this college is having 100% training & placement in top 5 star hotels, cruise lines in national and International wise and faculty are very well experienced (Min 10-15 years). The admission process was very smoothly done.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I was very much interested in Hospitality service which has taken me to join the hospitality industry, In SSCHM faculty are very experienced in the Hotel industry & also in the Teaching field which leads them to teach us what and how exactly the hotel industry runs and what Is perfect professionalism is. Exams were very strictly conducted and in every 2 months exams will be conducted and most loving is every month there will be competitions conducted related to the practical classes which everyone enjoys.

Internships Opportunities

5

Internships and placements in TOP reputed Hotels in the country like Marriott hotels, Oberoi group of hotels and resorts, ITC group of hotels and resorts, TAJ group of hotels, Accor group of hotels, The Leela hotels, IHG group of hotels.

Placement Experience

5

After the 4th semister once we are done with the Internship we'll get clarity to choose the department which we are capable of doing wholeheartedly. The least scorer or poor students will also get a placement in Good Hotels, Retails, Restaurants, facilities, etc. My plan after completing graduation was to become a Housekeeping Manager after 6 years in a reputed Hotel.

Fees and Financial Aid

The overall fee for the course will be costing around 3.25 lakhs - 3.75 lakhs. There will be a scholarship help of rupees 35000 in a Year from the government, and while doing the training we'll be getting the stipend of some amount according to the hotel policies. My stipend was 1200 per month.

Campus Life

5

There's a library in the college in which we will get all the hospitality and all other books available. In classrooms, there are digital classes. There will be groups for different activities and different committees for different departments. We can participate in some social activities.

From 5 semesters onwards students are eligible for campus placements but depending upon their attendance in the college. Marriotts, Oberois, Novotel (Accor group), Taj properties, Airlines (Airport) The average salary offered is 15k-25k 97.5 students get placements in all five-star properties depending upon their given interviews. I personally after getting a degree is to work in the industry itself for couple of years and gain as much experience I can.
