Management needs to improve a lot. For a simple transcripts of mine they made me visit minimum 10 times rude lower staff/office staff.
Entrance Preview
After 4 years of Diploma course, got Second year direct admission, no entrance exam required.
Course Curriculum Overview
All the topics of Electronics and Telecommunication were covered in department.
Internships Opportunities
No internship Program and in those days the placement cell was also not that active.
Placement Experience
Huawei had picked a lot of students at the nth hour which saved the students from struggling. We did go for Infosys campus selection sitting for almost an hour and after we gave our apti we were told the necessary docs from the TP Officer was not submitted hence the selected candidates cannot move any further.
College Events
Tech Fest, Days, Festivals and the Annual fest was done in a big way which used to last 3 days. Also participated in inter college competition.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had received Ratan Tata Scholarship from the Tata group which was invited by the college.
Hostel Facilities
Third Class facility. I remember my friends used to come to my place to have food or I would get tiffin during exams for most of them. Canteen and hostel definitely needs loads of improvement still.
Alumni/Alumna
Every year they call us for the Alumni, If I remember have attended 2 in the past 8yrs. Lecture, food, cultural program and some Music and dancing.
Exam Structure
The course is designed such that the student is always busy but it totally depends on the student how to maintain balance. Labs were well equipped and Regular Term tests were conducted so preparation of a student was good enough.
Faculty
Decent faculties and knowledegeable.
