Remarks

Good college with nice surroundings. Only problem is far away from nearest station. Regular travelers will have to shell out 40-50 bucks daily.

Entrance Preview

I scored 66% in Diploma in IT. Then applied central form. Through Central System allocation I got this college selected. Took admission with in few days.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is set by Mumbai University for all colleges depending on stream. So I selected Information Technology. Course is good. Semister pattern is considered. So subjects are evenly divided.

Internships Opportunities

L&T Infotech, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Siemens, Wipro, Coca Cola, Colgatee, Nomura, Vodafone and many more.If a person gets selected in any one company then they are not allowed to sit for next company to make sure others get chance.

College Events

Socially college has many activities and as part of events there is one major event which happens every year called as Fusion. This includes various sports competition among various streams. Dance / Fashion Show

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are generally around 50-70 thousand a year. This includes: gym, sports, tuition and various other small components. For SC/ST i remember some part of fees were refunded due to donation from a trust.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you score good, or come either in 1st or 2nd rank in a stream you can apply for scholarship. 70% of fees will be refunded by a trust which this college has a tie up with.

Campus Life

College has a huge sports ground, maintained for cricket, football, volley ball. And huge coconut trees across canteen keep the atmosphere good and breezy.

College still sends us mails to call over on alumni. This gives a great interaction with staff and college tries to understand the market through us for future steps.

Exam Structure

Exam papers are scheduled by Mumbai University which is across all colleges under Mumbai University. Papers generally contain 40-50 % of questions from previous 5 yrs old question papers. So they are easy to score.

Faculty is trained by good quality of Professor. College was applying for Accreditation as well. Till now it must have received. Faculties are interviewed quarterly to make sure things work fine and knowledge well is good.

NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester, Students are eligible for campus placements. ONGC GAIL SAIL IOCL etc are companies with an average package of 10 to 12 lakh per annum. Placements are more than 80% ,it mainly depends on the skills you develop. Not as FireMan, as Fire Officer at least.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities.
