Remarks
The admission process was conventional. It started with the GD followed by a Personal Interview. No, I did not avail of any quota for admission at IMS. One of my seniors recommended me to this Institute so, I listened to her and took admission at IMS Ghaziabad.
Course Curriculum Overview
PGDM in HR was certainly my dream when I was in my graduation days. I wanted to pursue my career in the HR field. So, I chose this domain. I am quite unable to recall the faculty and students ratio but there was a sufficient number of faculty available for guiding the students.
Internships Opportunities
I did my Internship in the HR Domain. By the end of 3rd Trimester, most of the students at IMS get an Internship opportunity in the specific domain. The internship was for two months. I am actually unable to recall the project topic of my Internship.
Placement Experience
From the IV trimester itself, we were eligible for the Placements. Although, I can't really recall the number of companies visited then most of the students of our batch was placed. Companies such as Amul, Dabur, ITC, and many more were the ones who visited the campus then.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I recall, there was N number of Scholarships for meritorious students. There was a Scholarship for Girl Child as well, which I received. And there were few scholarships for students who have excellent academics throughout.
Campus Life
Yes, there was an annual fest called Melange. Although I can't really recall the month, it was conducted in. Then, there were an ample amount of books available in the Library. And there were different clubs run by students.
Interview Experience
Yes, I did face a Group Discussion in my selection process followed by a Personal Interview. Although, I am unable to recall the topics for GD those mainly included trending topics then. As far as I can recall, I prepared a bit for these rounds. And at last, I was selected at IMS Ghaziabad.
