Remarks
I'd given all the renowned entrances and scored well in all of them but my main target was to end up myself in any good college of DU so I didn't go for IP, NMIMS, SYMBI, etc. I scored well in BMS entrance exam but after normalisation unfortunately I couldn't get BMS and got the course BBE in Aryabhatta. Though Aryabhatta being a better college I decided to settle for the better course in the end. I'm also a national cricket player so I'd the cricket quota but that couldn't be availed bcz of the change in norms of admission due to COVID-19. The admission process is all based on the official site of DU for the cutoffs and your merit that will tell about your eligibility for any particular college. No interviews in merit based admissions.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Bcom(H) over BBE because of the better scope in the future of the particular course in India. My plan looks forward to go for MBA or CA with it. The student: teacher ratio is 60:1. The faculty is experienced, considerate and serious towards students and studies. All the faculty members are postgraduates or more because obviously, they are university teachers. Currently, the teaching method is online so everything runs on apps like Teams and Google Meet. Term exams were late because of covid but they were well conducted and were not that difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities
There are many sponsorship tasks conducted by all the societies and the Ecell and commerce societies have a lot of opportunities for internships for all it's members. Too many companies offering internships and good stipends. Great experience for all the students and something to add in CV's. Importance of hard work and smart work at an early age.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college charges you fees for both the semester in the beginning of the year which includes examination fees. Fees at Du is very less in comparison with other universities. Scholarship and financial assistance depending upon case to case which might have to be discussed with the college authorities.
Campus Life
I haven't experienced any things from the campus life but what all I know is there are fears regularly, books are available in library or readings can be availed easily from the photocopy point, big classrooms, huge ground and good in sports and lastly many societies to be a part of.
Other Applied Colleges
Aryabhatta | BBE
I didn’t opt for the particular course bcz my plan was to go for BMS or Bcom(H)
