Remarks
The admission process was quite simple as compared to previous years because everything was done online. The process was divided into 10 merits based lists separate for each college. But everything was done smoothly.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the course B.com Hons as it is a recognised course over the corporate industry and have a diversity of career choices in future. The faculty of the college is very qualified and fit for the role in the university as we can expect it to be a top university in India. And the university has a decent faculty to student ratio being 40:1 which is acceptable. Term exams were on time and it was not that hard to pass them,
Internships Opportunities
The college constantly keeps sending internships by mail while having nice contacts in the corporate world with the placement cell and a lot of alumni recruited from the college. The college has a nice record with many internships in the pocket which it constantly sends to every student on campus.
Placement Experience
From semester 5 the college offers campus placement with a variety of public recognised companies and the biggest companies of the world too which are the big 4 KPMG, Delloite, PWC, E&Y. It has an impressive offer record having an average of 5LPA with the highest of 20LPA in jobs and several internships too.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of the study is very low in this college as it comes under Delhi university which is a central government university. There is barely a fees hike and the cost of the study is the lowest in the country as I can say. Several scholarships are sponsored by universities, state governments and many more institutes. The placement of the college is very impressive as the big 4 companies visit every year hiring many freshers with an average offer of 5 LPA.
Campus Life
The college does not lack any of the facilities as it has everything like sports competitions, dance face-offs, debates, libraries, dramas, fests, clubs and societies. All the societies are majorly run by students with minimum interference of department heads.
