The admission process of d.e.i is very simple and straight you have to go through the entrance exam which is conducted by the d.e.i itself which has matha, reasoning, some part of g.s and other than that the content is according to the course which you have choosen after that if you score 35(for obc and general) and 30(sc/st) marks in the entrance exam you are eligible for the P.l stage where the interviewer checks ur intelligence and answering skills. Then a merit list is made according to ur marks in the 10th and 12th classes and the score of ur entrance exam and p.i round. There are sometimes more than one merit lists ao you have to keep a check on it and after that, if you are selected then you have to go through document verification and registration after that

There are different faculties and a large campus in d.e.i my course which is b.b.a comes under social science faculty. If we talk about course curriculum here the whole mark of each subject is 200 where we have Daily home assignments, Class tests, external examination seminars, and group discussion which jointly makes 200 marks of a subject. There are two CTs(class tests) which are like Unit tests of half course 2 times in a semester and a full course external examination at the end of the semester.

I am in my 3rd year and I have gone through one internship only and maybe it could be because of covid because I have heard that students get great internship experience in d.e.i but I have not experienced such things yet.

There is a placement cell in d.e.i which works on the placement of the students only. I don't know about the time of covid but students generally get an Average package of 4,00,000/p.a. Other than this there is an alumni meet where Individuals from Great company comes to the campus to take students for their campus in the following meet we can meet and make relations with the old students which are placed in great companies and can get assistance from them as well.

The best thing about studying at d.e.i is that you don't have to spend much in the fees for my course which is B.B.A i just have to submit 2800 per semester only which is very low in comparison to any other college.I have not applied for any scholarships yet but i have got to know that scholarships are also available you can simply apply to the government scholarship portal. There are internships available by the campus which could provide you stipend as financial assistance in some case

D.e.i provides a whole bunch of activities to make your college experience better here we have co-curricular activies , sports day , NCC and even there is an exhibition on the founders day where a group of 3 or 4 students make some sort of model or something related to their course and present it to the guests , teachers , cheif guests and views The following is known as founder's day exibition

In the written exam, the questions were Simple math, logical reasoning, general knowledge and some part which is related to my course and samely for other courses too as the exams of each course are done differently. There was no group discussion specifically. after Passing the exam with 33 % marks you have to go through the interview which is also conducted by course-specific people so the questions are according to your courses and some general science in some cases to check intelligence after that if your enrollment number is listed in the merit list you can go to counseling the date of counseling will be in the note section of merit list which is uploaded online on d.e.i's official site. In counseling, they check the information you have provided for the addmission is right or not and after that, you have to go through registration according to the center provided to you
