The college has been well managed. It provides the students with the environment where one can pursure his/her field of interest.

I gave IIT JEE (2015). I secured a rank of 869 in SC category. I chose IIT(ISM) because,it being a prestigious institution would help me go into the right direction of my career. Also, I got the branch of my priority.

The course structure is well planned to help students about various aspects of the course. The core subjects and their syllabus help in better understanding of the course. The sessional help the students in exploring other fields of engineering which might be of some particular interest to the students.

Yes, our college helps the students in getting internship opportunities into various companies including Arista, Samsung, Axsiom, Schlumberger etc. The companies provide with a stipend of around of 20-30k.

The Training and Placement division of the institute maintains active association with the industry and the corporate sector. to assist students and train to secure jobs in the country and abroad.Companies like Samsung, Adobe, Microsoft,Terex, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki have been recruiting very often with packages of more than 10lpa for the students.

There are various events which include technical, cultural and sports events celebrated in out college. Concetto is the first fest of the academic calendar which is a technical fest. This fest is to enhance the technical skills of the students. Parakaram is a sports fest which invites various colleges for a healthy competition among students in sports. Srijan is a cultural fest which helps students with their talents in music and dance.

The fee structure is expensive for the students.Fees for the course of B.tech is around 2lakh per year which does not include the mess charges and other expenses. Monsoon semester costs around 1,16,000 and for Winter Semester it is around 1,06,000. Also the mess-charges are nearly 30,000.

The college offers various scholarship programs like, Merit-cum-Means scholarship. Also the college offers scholarships sponsored by various organization including ISHAAN RAJVANSHI MERIT scholarship and various others.

The campus life in IIT-ISM is a nice experience. The Gender ratio seems to be quite imbalancing here. Students from various regions of the country reside here. All students learn to adapt to the new culture of the college irrespective of the their region. The college has laboratories equipped with latest instruments. The facility of computer centre open to all with high speed internet access helps the students. College has two big playgrounds, Students' Activity Centre, and various clubs including Literary and Photography. Thus, extra curricular activities are well promoted amog the students.

The hostel rooms provided are shared with 2 students per room. The students are availed with internet facilities in the evening time from 5.30 pm to 2.30 am. The basic facilities including the cleanliness and power are very satisfactory. The students are supposed to pay mess charge of 30,000 per year on yearly basis. The mess food can be rated to be average in taste.

The alumni network is very strong. Our alumnis placed at good companies are help in placements and interns. Our seniors help in academics as well as with various extra curricular activities. The senior-junior interaction helps in with various activities, be it social work, career etc.

The Exam schedules are well planned to help the students in proper preparation. We have exams on alternating days. This gives us enough time for preparation and revision. The lab timing are also comforting for the students with 2-3 hrs of duration.

We have roughly 290 faculty members which include Professors, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Most of the professors hold P.hD degrees. Our faculty members are well qualified in various fields which interests the students and help them.
