Review of VIT Bhopal university

I applied for SRM institute Chennai, symbiosis institute of technology Pune, and Vellore institute of technology I didn't apply for these colleges as in two of them my entrance examination scores of these colleges Anwar Lo and with SRM Chennai there was fees related and location related issues that's why I didn't go there. The admission process was very easy and smooth going and I was given the admission based on my VITEEE all India rank, my rank was 12000 all over India. I didn't avail any kind of quota the admission criteria for my course was having 15000 or less rank all over India in VITEEE and I availed the least category of fees by submitting my 10th class mark sheet and JEE mains scorecard. The admission process was quite easy and smooth, we had to pay a non refundable amount of rupees 5900 for sitting in the counselling process and the counselling process was conducted by the means of zoom meeting online. There were given choices according to our rank and other need

I chose the course of bachelors in technology in Computer science with a specialisation in artificial intelligence and machine learning. I chose this course because I was always inclined towards the computer science branch and artificial intelligence and machine learning is the newest, vast and exponentially growing field of this category. The faculty student ratio in my college is 1:40. The qualification of faculties of our college is very nice. About 97% of faculties of our college are PhD doctorate holders. And two of them have also received national awards in their fields. Our term exams were held every six months at the end of every semester, From time to time class tests were conducted in our classes.

Internships are offered by various companies during our 5th and 6th semesters. Companies include HCL Infosys etc. I will be given a job of associate or even higher according to my previous record, in my internship. Various kinds of projects were given to us which included new kinds of innovation as well as performing the traditional tasks nicely and comfortable. The new interns are grouped and a group leader is made from every group and every group is given a different kinds of tasks and projects to perform in their job tenure.

From the 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Various tech giants such as Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Dell technologies, HP technologies, Cognizant, Accenture etc. Visited the college for campus placement, around 1700 students were placed from campus in the computer science department, others opted for higher studies. The highest package is given in our university to date is 45 lacs per annum domestically buy Microsoft company and 60 lacs per annum internationally from Cognizant company. The average package range lies between 6 to 7 lacs per annum. Around 85% of students get placed in good companies and 15% opt for higher studies. I will sit in the campus placement but also I will side by side prepare for my master's degree after getting the degree.

The fee structure is quite good if your VITEEE all over India rank is quite good. The university provides scholarships on the basis of our intermediate exam results as well as its own entrance exam top ranks. Financial assistance is given to the economically weaker section of society by the means of education loans of various categories. How are University assures almost 100% campus placement.

An annual cultural festival named 'NIRVANA' is conducted at the end of every year and monthly technological festivals are conducted from time to time. In these technological festivals, all the students are given equal opportunities to show their talent and hard work by the means of their prepared projects. If any student prepares exceptionally well technical projects then their projects are also sometimes nominated for the national competitions to encourage their talent on the international level. Around 60000 books are available in the library and the library is one of the biggest in whole Asia. Are lots of sports and extracurricular activities such as singing dancing and various sports competitions are conducted from time to, all the professional sports player students are also given the chance to showcase their talent on the national level. There are around 30 social groups or clubs ran in our university. I personally joined the computer club.

The hostel rooms are very good in my point of view. Attached bathrooms and toilets are provided with each room. There can be types of rooms shared by two students, shared by 3 students, shared by 4 students, read by 5 students and shared by 6 students. Every student was provided with an almirah and bookshelf and also so a study desk near his sleeping bed. The meal quality was also good. Our university city has one of the best meal quality in the whole country. South Indian North Indian West Indian and East Indian menus are provided from time to time. The registration process for acquiring hostels is quite easy. Every student is given a chance to fill his priority in choice for his hostel room and hostel roommate as well. Hostels can be said as quite affordable at price. There is no discount for any student of any branch of any year in hostel fees.
