Exciting life at beautiful campus.

The admission process of my college was quite simple, as I already knew that I have to study my undergraduate from Banasthali Vidhyapeeth, Jaipur. I simply registered on the online portal of the site of Banasthali Vidhyapeeth and with all the information and documents filled the form and registered myself with utmost sincerity. There were no admission criteria precisely for age or marks but better the marks better the opportunities. I didn't avail any quota as I belong to the general category. Moreover, I didn't apply for any other college as I was always sure that I wanted to study at Banasthali. About the counselling day, there is not much to say about, they just asked about my marks and academic performance of previous years in my school and asked for all the necessary documentation and with then finally, after the submission of the fees, my seat was final.

This course curriculum and faculty are amazing and are as per my expectations. The reason for choosing this course was the reviews from the seniors about the course curriculum and the quality of faculty. The student: faculty ratio is 60:6. As there are six main subjects and are taught individually by each qualified teacher. The teachers in the college are highly qualified professionals who are very talented and experienced and knowledgeable. Their teaching method is so simple that every type of student can grasp the concept easily. Each teacher has their unique way of teaching and all the teachers are highly dedicated to their teaching method. Exams are held semester based, which means for a single year, 2 times exams are conducted. Each with a period of 6 months.

There are several internships available in our college. Most internships are related to the marketing department in which a product or service is given and we have to sell it among our own friends. This is to find who have the most convincing capabilities among all the students. Companies like Mahindra gave various projects. Moreover, most of the students till the second year are expected to find their own internships.

The placements for the high achievers are really good, but for the average scorer, the placement is not so good. But various big companies like HCl, honda, TATA, LIC, etc, visit the campus for campus recruitment. Students studying in 5 the semester are eligible to apply for the campus recruitment program. The highest package offered was about 2.5 lacks. Approximately 30% of students who are interested get the placement. My plans after the bachelor degree are to continue my further studies and to get enrolled in the post graduation program.

There is no fee hike policy and the fees structure and the cost to study is like, about 120000 INR is for the tuition fee and as I am a hosteler, the hostel fee is 50000 - 60000 INR, depending upon the hostel room and hostel wing. There are various scholarships available, but being a general category student I can hardly avail any. The faculty members are very helpful regarding the financial assistance. There is not much to say about the campus job as I haven't got any yet.

The annual fests, tech fests, workshops and many more are regularly conductive, which, hence, makes life at Banasthali Vidhyapeeth all the more exciting and indulging. We all continue to wait for the upcoming fests as they allow us to enjoy as well as do various other activities and learn as well. Moreover, the given infrastructure of the campus is so beautiful that we all want to indulge in the activities more and more as the process and the function of the department is so smooth that we don't have to wait. The amenities on the other hand are equally nice. The classrooms are big, spacious and clean. The library stock is consists of all the new released journals and all the necessary books are easily available. There is a lot of encouragement regarding sports activities and extra curriculum activities. Various unique sports such as horse riding, skating, swimming etc are taught as well.

I have availed myself in the hostel of Banasthali Vidhyapeeth college. The hostel facility is tremendous. Our hostel room has is big enough, they are well illuminated, airy and have separate beds and separate cupboards, as there are 4 girls allotted in one room. The meal is fresh and delicious and is always served at an accurate time. Different dishes are made according to the festivals also. A variety of food is available and that too very mouthwatering. The hostel accommodation is quite costly but it is worth paying for. Every year with the college fees the hostel fee is also paid. As the hostel accommodation is so fine, there was no need to rent a PG or any other room.
