Studying in PES college was one of the best decisions that I could have ever taken for my career. I did not apply for many colleges, as I had received a good review about PES University so I had applied directly here. I had not availed of any quota for taking admission. I was eligible for admission depending on my scores Admission criteria were pretty straightforward. The college authorities were looking for sixty percentage or above in the 12th and fortunately, I had sixty five percent in my 12th so I was eligible to take admission. The admission process was simple. My details were checked and I had to fill the enrollment form mentioning all my details. I was called for a personal discussion round and all the further details were informed to be there.

I had chosen BTech Biotechnology as I had a passion for life sciences, Also, PES is renowned for its excellent faculties. hence, I had taken admission to this college as I was looking for a quality education. Also, I was looking for a sparkling career opportunity in the life science field and Biotechnology appeared to be a lucrative career option for me. there are numerous good faculties in the PES University. I would rate the student to faculty ratio as 15:1. the teachers at PES University are highly qualified. To be a part of the teaching clan of the PES University a person has to go through the rigorous selection process. the teachers here give individual attention to all students, and they leave no stones unturned to explain the difficult concepts to the students. The semester exams were held once in six months. A student had to take his semester exams very seriously to get a decent score in academics.

Students of PES university become eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. many renowned companies like ICICI bank, HDFC bank, Biocon etc visited our campus for placements. Most of the students got the job in my course through campus placements. the average package offered to students during my course was four lakhs per annum. The students found a job in the engineering and banking domain. Some students even got a chance to apply for the Biotechnology domain. Around eighty percent of students in my course got placed through placement assistance. I plan to continue working in the corporate domain after getting my degree.

The fee structure in the PES university was quite affordable. A student had to pay the fees per semester. I was lucky to have got selected through the placement assistance program. Indeed during our course, many students got placed with lucrative salary packages.

PES had an excellent library and a student could avail a plethora of choices as far as books are concerned. You can get numerous study helps in the libraries. If you are a book worm then the library of the PES university will be an excellent choice for you. PES University promotes a healthy study environment. Also, the auditoriums and seminar halls of PES are big enough to accommodate numerous students. the campus is filled with lush greeneries which can rejuvenate tired souls. If you are a sports enthusiast then studying at PES university will be an excellent choice for you as PES university conducts many sports related and extracurricular activities for the students.

PES has separate hostel accommodations for boys and girls. the rooms are spacious and filled with natural lights. You can get good and hygienic food in the hostel. The hostel is quite affordable and will not burden your pocket. Indeed by taking admission to the PES university you can explore more services for a lesser price. Staying in the Banashankari region can be a good choice if a student is looking for nearby PG accomodation.
