I cleared (AIEEE), and scored good marks. I Chose BIT mersa because of its name and it's reputation as a engineering college.

Course offered by college is universal I would say, as in first year. I had to study basics of every topic related to science,maths and engineering. I had to study engineering maths,engineering physics, engineering chemistry, environment science and many more. They teach you about every essence of engineering.

It provides internships for six months but it is only department basis. If someone has to do internship he/she has to contact directly to the faculty. Stipend is not being provided for any type of internship but hostel facilities may be provided. Internship is purely the matter of interest, if someone is interested in something so he can opt for an internship at BIT mesra.

Placements and very good at BIT mesra. Every type of company comes here like core,it,consultancy,educational etc. Best companies for computer science and IT.

Fee I would say very expensive. It will cost around 10 lakh for BE course. First sem you have to shed around 1.20 lakh from your parent's pocket, thereafter 1lakh for each semester.

There are so many scholarships available here which are provided by govt of India, govt of states and by college too.

Frankly speaking everything at BIT mesra is pretty hectic. You have to attend the class at 8 Am and till 5 pm. Also there is a provision of 75℅ compulsory attendance. Exam are conducted on routine basis. First mid sem exams after Ind half month then end sem exam at the end if semester.

I secured around 10000 rank in AIEEE and then I took part in counselling conducted by CBSE. My 2nd preference was bit mesra. Due to my good rank I was allowed bit mesra in 2nd counselling. At first I had to report at my home state NIT ( NIT jaipur in my case) thereafter I had to go for the college i had been allotted.

Faculty at BIT mesra is well educated and talented with ample knowledge. They have much knowledge, only we student just have to empty our pool before coming so that we can gain more and more. They have experienced faculty in every branch and field. Most of them have degrees from foreign universities or have teaching experience of more that 10 years.
