Entrance Preview

Std 12th with an Engineering Cut off of 194. The college is good for B.E Aero. It was through Anna University counselling that I got in.

Course Curriculum Overview

4 years of studies in B.E Aero with good faculties and practical sessions. Theory classes were take by Ph.D lecturers and professors and some passed out seniors too. Practical sessions are in labs which are well furnished with latest equipment.

Internships Opportunities

Though many companies did not turn up to the Campus, we got few good companies in our final year. Such as the Athena Health, Quest Global Services and few of the BPOs and ITs. For our seniors, they had some luck when infosys and some other brighter companies came. Salary was around 15 to 20k per month.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its the Anna university decided fee structure for merit students and management fees for management quota. For merit students, it is 40k p.m tuition fees and 20k for hostel and 12k for mess, Bus fees is additional 25 k.

Alumni/Alumna

There are alumni meets every year and seniors are in touch as well. Some are in really good backgrounds that would help us when we search for jobs. Some are college lecturers and would convey the info about the college. Alumni networking is not much strong as only few are in contacts.

Admission

With the Anna university counselling, I opted for PCET for B.E Aero and once the seat got confirmed I went to the college to pay the 1st year fees of Rs. 35000 and fulfilling other procedures. Thereby met the College authorities and got info about the other admissions and fee details.

Faculty

Faculties consist of both the Ph,D senior level professors and Lecturers and even some of the seniors of the college. They are good subject experts and can explain even in regional languages. They give proper explanation and detailed syllabus for students which are very helpful even to get university ranks.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

We have plenty of placement opportunities starting from 6th semester. The noteable companies that visit the campus are Cognizant, Accenture, HCL, etc. IT company placements are better. The average package is 4.25 LPA.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.
