Remarks

I have been admitted in this college through the ICAR examination. You have to score a minimum 300+ score out of 600 in the PCM group to be eligible for applying for this college in the general quota. I am saying this because I have also been admitted through the general quota. You have to sit in ICAR online counseling for applying to any branches in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because agriculture has a vast aspect in the future and it's a B.Tech. degree. Here faculty and student ratio is 1:36. All of our professors are well-qualified, helpful, friendly, and concerned with the whole course curriculum. They are well-experienced but their teaching is good. Course breakup is very interesting and practical classes help students to be ready for jobs. You have to study 9 courses per semester and have to score more than 55% to pass in semester exams.

Class Size: 7500Course Fees: INR 41250 per year

Placement Experience

The placement scenario is average. More than 40% of the students got placement offers from recruiting companies like Tech Mahindra, Kubota, Swaraj, John Deere Tractor, etc. More than 50% students prepared for government exams or they proceed for masters.

Fees and Financial Aid

As mentioned earlier, fees are nearly affordable for middle-class students approximately Rs. 41250 per year (2 semesters). The Uniform fee is taken differently. I am not a hosteller so not concerned with the hostel charges. As this college only accepts students who have qualified ICAR exam, all students (from other state) get ICAR scholarship Rs. 3000 per month.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of our college is well-established. There are well-equipped practical labs for various departments. Classrooms are neat and clean, smart having digital teaching facilities. Free Wi-Fi facility is available with good speed around the entire campus. The library is huge and we have an extra class for studying in library every day. I have heard the quality of food in canteens is quite good. All types of events, fests including cultural, sports, agricultural purposes are held in our campus every year. There are different playgrounds for different sports and a gym facility is also available.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.
