One of the main reasons for choosing it was Its infrastructure and placement ratio. JEE Main Entrance exam is accepted for admissions in B.Tech. I got allotted a seat in the third counseling round, so I was content that my future will be secure now. Admission process is online and easy to understand. 850 INR is the admission fee. After seat allotment, an online application is to be filled on the college website and upload the required documents. After the confirmation mail visit the college for verification of the documents and payment of the fees.

Computer science and programming were always my fields of interest since school times hence I decided to pursue Computer science engineering. Also decent jobs are available after this degree. The first year syllabus is the same for all the engineering branches. From second year onwards main subjects are taught theoretical as well as practical. Every day Lab lectures were there. In the third year and fourth year elective subjects are given for choosing, So that we are able to explore our area of interest in a particular field. I chose human computer interface as elective. Every subject was taught by the faculty having masters in the same. Exams were conducted after each semester along with practical and assignments.

Internship options are various. Many top company groups provide internship opportunities to us. some of which are CodeX, HCL, Oracle, DLF, Siemens etc. 73% are paid internships with stipend up to 20k.

Placements are decent. 80% is the placement percentage. Some of the companies visiting for campus recruitment are TCS NQT, Accenture, L&T InfoTech, Hexaware, DXC Technologies and Infosys. Average salary package is 5LPA and Highest salary package is 8LPA. I got placed in Accenture with a 5LPA package offer.

The total fee for the first year is 1,50,000 INR. This includes tuition fee of 1,40,000 INR with exam fee, student welfare fee, development fee, sports activity and cultural fee. Also one time admission fee of 5000 and lifetime alumni fee of 5000 is to be paid. After the first year every year has two installments, first of 78000 INR and second of 72000 INR. MS Fincap private limited provides financial help to those who want to avail loan at zero interest. The name of the student assistance loan is EdCred. The process is simple with quick approval.Scholarship on merit basis is provided.

I had the best experience while being a part of the Techno-Cultural clubs. Some of which I would like to name are, Developer student Club, Code chef, Microsoft learn student Ambassadors, The Amazon League, Coding Ninja, IEEE COSEC, Catchy cultural club, Abhivyakti- The theatre club, SWARAG club and literature club. These clubs helped a lot in social development apart from academics. Hackathons gave the opportunity to develop different types of codes for new innovations. Laboratories dedicated to every stream are well maintained with required equipment.The Central library has books available on each subject for every program. Indoor and Outdoor sports facilities are available. JU VERVE is the annual sports event.

Hostels are similar to apartments. Single living room with two rooms attached to it. The living room has T.V. Sofa, Table. Each room is equipped with A.C. Individual rooms have a Bed, Chair and table for study and a cupboard. Three types of rooms are available i.e. air conditioned room single occupancy three seated, non AC room single occupancy three seated and non AC single occupancy room four seated. Charges are charged accordingly. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Mess, cafeteria and medical facility is provided. Paid gymnasium facility is also available. Hostel fee is submitted in two installments and fee is only for 10 months. Other fee are 5000 INR is the non-refundable utility fee(Paid with first installment) and 5000 INR one time TV deposit(only for AC rooms).Wi-Fi facility is provided 24*7.
