I got into this college by giving West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. When i got into the college it was not that much famous college just it was within 4 km away from my home, my parents insisted me to get into the college. My rank was not that much good and i got into UIT thorough counselling.

The course structures very good and well managed. There a big library at the ground floor where you can get all the necessary books and as well as there are enough space to read the books and the place is very silent. Apart from that you can access the library of main university campus which is a whole building.

If i talk about the cultural events celebrated it was like they use to conduct one college fest in a year which is like a three days continuous cultural program they will invite some singers from Bollywood or some bengali singer and sometimes from various band to perform. They will conduct quiz competition dance competition etc. we used to do a lot of fun on those days.

The alumni network and senior students they were very helpful i got this luck. There was no ragging for any students. In case if there is any scenario the management use to take strict action on them.

The exam structure is well managed. The papers are conducted by the college faculties only as it's a deemed college. All the facilities you will get during the exam and they used to make the environment very peaceful. They used to conduct separate day for lab exam and for theoretical exams.

I got admission in this institute by giving West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for engineering and after that through joint entrance board counselling process i got into it which happened in kolkata. My joint entrance rank was not that much good so i got call in second counselling day and there in display some college names were coming and i had to choose this college for my parents as it was near to my home.

The faculties of this college are first of all very strict but if you attain their labs and classes regularly they will be very happy on you and they will help you a lot if u show interest in some other studies or in some area apart from your curriculum they will be happily helping. In my case our hod send me for national conference to present some paper it was conducted by WBUT.
