I availed of the PWD quota and for that there was concession in fee. The admission process was very smooth. There were many volunteers to help out, the staff was wonderful and supportive. Minimum marks percentage was 45% but you have to make it through the merit list to get admitted.

I chose this course because there are many subjects I could pursue a master in, also life science students are prioritized in teaching jobs.There are usually 2-3 teachers for practical classes. Tests and exams were held timely and the they teach pretty much everything and if you refer to the suggested books and pay attention in class, you can effortlessly clear every one of them.

Many reputed companies like Oberoi Group, Tech Mahindra, Policy Bazar, IT companies offer jobs for marketing, sales, and communication, social media management, etc under various projects. The placement cell is indeed a great platform for various opportunities.

The PLACEMENT CELL of MIRANDA HOUSE provides various internship and job opportunities to its student. For a job opportunities, you must be in your third year. Many reputed companies provide placements and internships here. The Hindustan Times, Navbharat Times, All India Radio, Wipro, etc offer placement. The overall percentage of placement is 65%.

I, being a PWD student, got a concession fee. I had to pay just 75 INR. Also, for other students, fees got reduced to around 1 thousand in the second year. There are various scholarships available which one can avail. Scholarship tests also take place.

The Annual fest of college is named TEMPEST. It is held usually in the month of February and other departmental fests also occur around that month. The library is fantastic. It has so many amazing books of various kinds. Every related coursebook is easily available. It has a pleasing environment. Classrooms are air-conditioned. The labs are excellent, they have many beautiful specimens, and the lab staff is also very supportive which leads to the smooth conduction of practicals as that is an important part of the curriculum. There are various societies full of enthusiasm and whatnot. Societies are another important part of any college and this college has plenty of them and each one of them is special and run by students only. You will get to learn and unlearn a lot of things. You will get introduced to a lot of new things. You will be friends with bold and wonderful women.
