Remarks
After Clearing Jee Main or WBJEE you have to fill up the counseling form. There you have to choose the college. I have chosen 4 to 5 colleges. But I took admission to Dr. B.C Roy Engineering College because of the CSE department. CSE department is the backbone of this college. If you are from Jee Main the college has 10-15 seat, others seat only for WB JEE students. You have to score good marks in the Jee Main or WB JEE. For Jee Main minimum 85.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of computers. I want to learn how computers and mobile are worked. and the best part of this is coding. Faculty: student ratio was 1:4. More of the faculty are from M.Tech and P.HD from NIT's or IIT's. In a year you have to give a 2-semester exam. For each semester exam, you have to give 4 class test exams and 2 lab exams. If you have attended the lecture and concentrate on your study you can easily pass on this exam.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. TCS,COGNIZANT,WIPRO,PAYTM,CAPGIMINI,VIVO,INFOSYS,SKILROCO TECHNOLOGIES these companies visited for campus drive. The highest package is 7 LPA and average package is 5 LPA they offered. 7.5 CGPA for getting placement My plans is doing job in IT sector after completing my course.
Fees and Financial Aid
You have to pay your fees before the starting of the upcoming semester. There are lot of chance to get scholarship if you are from any cast catagory. Yes you can get financial assistance through college. The college provide many caqmpus jobs.
Campus Life
Tech fest name is Horizon and Annual fest name is Zeal. There are total 7 librarys in the campus. There you can get many National and International books and journals. The class room was oriented properly. You get free wifi here. You can play more indore and outdoor game here. Outdoor :- Cricket,Footbal,Batminton,BascateBall. Indore:- Carrom,Chess etc. Yes there is a social group names Coding Ninjas which was run by students.
