At first you have to appare on JEE MAIN or WB JEE. After outing the result you have to fill up the counselling form and choose the college and your depertment Dr. B.C Roy Engineering College. After getting the channce you have to come college and took admission. Yes there is quota. When you fill the counselling form there is avalaible the quota. You have to score good marks in JEE MAIN and WB JEE. For jee main 85 is the minimum number.
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to know who technical goods are working. Thats why I choose this course. The ratio of faculty: student is 1:4 Most of the faculty were from M.Tech and P.HD In the B.Tech course under the MAKAUT University, there is 2 Semester in a year. For each and every semester you have to give 4 class tests and 2 lab tests. If you constantly attended the lecture you can easily pass out.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. TCS,TCS Ninja,Capgimini,Wipro,Cognizant,Vivo,Paytm,Infosys,Byju's these companys came for campus drive. Most of the companies give 5 to 6 LPA. Highest package is 7 LPA. In CSE there is 95% student get placement in IT sector. I am also want to do job in IT sector after getting my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total cost for doing B. Tech is 4.2 lacs Yes if you are from the cast quota then you must get a scholarship. If you have a financial problem the college will help you to solve your financial problem. When you are in your 4th year then the college gives you the offer from some campus drive. A stipend is 5 LPA.
Campus Life
Zeal and Horizon this 2 name is for annual fest(1st one) and tech fest(2nd one). In the campus, there is 7 library. From there you can get thousand of books and many National and International journals. The classroom was well oriented. In the campus you get 3 Playground for play. There you can play Cricket, Football, Basketball, Badminton. You can play also some indor game like Chess, Carrom.There is also carate team. One social page(instagram) name Coding Ninjas which is only for student and also run by student.
