I just wanted to admit to the nearest college, so my first choice was GNIT, but Narula Institute of Technology was famous for my trade, so I choose it. The admission criteria were overall 60 % on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Course Curriculum Overview
I always like the electrical chapter in the 12th physics. So I choose it. They have two or three faculties for each subject. Some faculties at NiT are good. They have depth knowledge. About two or three term exams were conducted in a semester. The difficulty level to pass those exams was about 75%.
Placement Experience
From the sixth semester, the students were eligible for campusing. Well-known IT companies came for placements such as Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra etc. Some core companies also came such as KEC International, JBS. The highest package offered by a company was 12 LPA. About 90% of students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was 8 semister for B. Tech. The total package was about 3.8 lakhs. For the first two semester, the cost was divided into two segments, 40000 and 40000. For the next two semester, the cost was 41500 and 41500. For the next two semester, the cost was 42000 and 42500. For the last two, the cost was 43500 and 43500.
Campus Life
The name of the annual fest was Navodaya. It was held in the middle of March. The name of the tech fest was Kritanj. It was held in February. There was never a good reference book in the library. The cricket team and the football team was good. They always brought a cup to every tournament.
