I have applied for several B Schools in the country and I choose KSOM because of the excellent faculty and opportunities. KSOM is one of the popular institutes which is famous for its ROI and placement records. To get admission to the college one needs to have 50% marks throughout his/her academic career, more than 60% score in CAT, MAT and other MBA entrance exams. After this, a candidate must do well in GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview) to get admission.

All of the faculty members are either from IITs and IIMs with job experience in certain fields. All the courses are well taught and teachers are always there to help every student. Every student is assigned to a mentor with whom they can share anything and seek help from. All the classrooms are equipped with modern technology with digital learning platforms. There are two major exams held in each semester midterm and end-term. The question level is moderate and one can achieve good marks if they are attentive to the classes and score good marks in the quizzes, presentations and class participation.

There are great internship opportunities available for the students. Students get opportunities on sales, finance, HR profiles. Companies like Ageas Global, Outlook, Jaro education, ITC, Reliance visit the campus every year for internship opportunities.

After the completion of the 2nd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. During this covid time, more than 40 company visited the college and some of the students got multiple offers. The highest package for the year is about 8 lakh and the lowest package is 5 lakh per annum.

For the full time, MBA programme one needs to pay more than 14 Lakhs. This includes mess, hostel, laundry etc. Scholarships are given to those students who have above 95 percentile in MAT and above 80 percentile in CAT and also for those students who score 100 percentile in KIITEE. KSOM gives a decent opportunity for campus placements.

Life at KSOM cant is expressed in words. You have the best time of your life on campus. The college itself is a beauty. The infrastructure is awesome with all kinds of facilities. You will make amazing friends who will become a part of your life. There are several clubs available, from sports club to social club KSOM has it all. Kollusium is the annual fest for KIITians. The library is well equipped and has a huge collection of different types of books.

You will have your best life at KSOM it will be your second home. The hostel is neat and clean and the rooms are jaw dropping. Every room has a bed for 2 people. All the rooms have AC, Chair, Table, Fan and a huge cupboard. Some rooms also have attached washrooms and cleaners are there to serve you every day. A laundry facility is also available. Food in the mess is on the good side you have different meals every day. You have to take a hostel even if you are a locality as it's a fully residential programme.

Each and every candidate must go through Group Discussion and Interview if they want to take admission. GD topics are based on the current events and PI questions are majorly from your previous academics as well as from your previous company if you have work experience. A candidate must have qualified MAT, CAT, XAT or other MBA entrance exam after that they will face GD and PI round.
