Arsd college- keeps on rising

Once I got me 12th result, I applied in both Mumbai university as well as Delhi university. Getting average marks like 89.8% and best of four 94.5% I wasn't sure about getting into a great college in Delhi. Delhi University has a higher value than the Mumbai university. I got into mithibai for bcom with my marks by filling the form and waiting for the cut off lists . Once the admission forms were open for Delhi university I applied there . Delhi university takes admission based on the best of four Marks in 12th standard. It then releases its cut off lists which keeps on releasing till the seats in all the colleges aren't occupied. There are mostly about 7-8 cut offs which gives the student opportunities to change their colleges as well as their course till the final list. The minimum age to fill the form is that you have passed your 12th standard . There are many quotas as well which you can easily apply to . Even women candidates are given 1% concession during the cut offs.

Bcom honors is a highly professional course which gives you a lot of knowledge about company law, businesses, accounting, income tax, Human Resources and provides us with a number of lines which we can choose for your further studies and jobs as well. Different departments of Atma ram sanatan dharma college has different faculties. In the commerce department there are teachers with whom you can easily get in contact with via email or their phone number that is provided on the college website . The teachers are well educated and passed our either by this college only or by another reputed college. These teachers have a friendly vibe with all the students and understands us as well . They have many years of teaching experience and their method of teaching is unique . Even in online studies they help us with whatever they can. Our exams are semester based which includes the attendance, practicals as well the assignments given in the class . The exams are not that difficult to pass.

Many of the companies come for interships and more than 60% of the students in the commerce departments are given these interships based on their performance in the interviews and the form . In 2021 repost it suggests that almost 47 companies which have given offer to about 250 of our college students . The placement cell of Arsd college strives everyday to provide its students with more and more intership opportunities which help them build their personalities and help them choose a line for their future . The companies offers the students role in marketing and sales, social media handlings, Human Resource, Managements, consultant as well as finance and many more . Companies like paharpur business centre provides a Ctc of about 4.5LPA , zomato provides the students a ctc of 3.6LPA , whitehat jr of 12000 per month with the other incentives . These interships helps the students to gain a confidence in themselves and Arsd believes that their students can do the best .

It mostly depends on the companies that come to offer placements. Mostly the students can apply for the campus placements after their 2nd year i.e the fourth semester. The college offers placements to about 80% of the students depending on their course and their capability. The highest package comes around 15-20 LPA and the lowest comes to about 3-4 LPA. Mostly more opportunities are given to students with a Sgpa of 9+ with their skills of interaction and confidence. Companies like delloite, KPMG, Paytm, indigo airlines, Ernst and young , Genpact, visit the college for placements and take students for their companies with a nice package . Even I plan to sit in these campus placements for my future and work with them for a year or two before stating my post graduation.

In many colleges, the fees for Bcom honors is around 3-4 lakhs per annum but Atma ram Sanatan dharma college provides better courses and opportunities with lesser few than many being a government college. The fee per annum is about 11,500 for BCom honors. With this less of few, it provides us with placements in well-known companies with a nice package which increases according to our work. Providing placements in companies like zomato with a salary of 3.6LPA and internships with companies and NGOs like whitehat jr with 12000 per month and other incentives and Payton with a stipend of 7500. These even provide the students with a letter of internships and LORs for students which helps them in further jobs for a higher salary.

This college is not just about studies and getting good grades but a place where a student develops his/her personality. One has to active the societies of the college along with the classes going on every day. To be a member of these socities by the college one needs to be confident for the interviews help by the seniors. There are many of the societies in the college which one can choose with it's own interest like theatre,art,dancing,entrepreneurship, Placement cells, and many more of them. People in the college even help in NGOs that provide us with lots for our future. Being a part of this college helps one to bring out their hobbies and interests into future and helps for a better placement in jobs
