I wrote COMEDK exam in the year 2014. My score was 96 out of 180. I got 6442 rank. I opted this college because I was getting seat in this only (under top 10 colleges in bangalore).
Course Curriculum Overview
For the course you have to prepare all physics, chemistry and maths. Which is there in NCERT. No need to study any other books except NCERT. Focus more on chemistry because it's quite easy to score in chemistry. If you get more score in maths you will get better ranking. Because if two of them getting the same marks (total marks), one with more marks in maths will get better rank.
Internships Opportunities
No, my college does not provide any kind of internship. But if you want to get intern in any companies they will provide you a letter, by showing that letter in the companies and filling their forms you can work as intern.
Placement Experience
Nearly 70-75 percent of the students get placed. Companies which are coming to this college are mainly IT companies. Only few core companies comes. For Computer science placement are good. If you are good in Computer science you can get minimum of 7 lakh per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I don't know any of the scholarships program or loan facility offered by dayananda Sagar college.
Exam Structure
Exam basically comprises of three subjects physics, chemistry, mathematics. Total marks is 180/60 for each subject. For getting seat in Computer science you have to score at least 110 out of the total marks. Papers are not so tough. It's of the level Lower than mains exam.
Admission
Firstly you have to clear COMEDK exam with some good marks so that you can get good rank to get seat. Once you have your results in your hand you will be called for counselling. You will get particular date and time for counselling as per your rank. And there you have to opt your seat in particular college.
Faculty
Faculties of this college are not much good as compared to other colleges in bangalore (under top 10 colleges in bangalore). There teaching techniques are not so good. But any how you can score good marks by studying yourself. As all engineering students study there own.
