I appeared for jee main and wbjee and applied for various colleges but decided to get admission in DCRUST as it is one of the prestigious institutions of the nation and also in my hometown. The admission process by done through online and physical counseling and students were required to either appear in JEE MAIN Or HSTES. Students should have a minimum percentile to get admitted in their respective branch which differs every year depending on the number of students applying to the college and their percentiles in these exams.

I chose this course as I'm interested in physics as well as coding and it provides both the opportunities. The faculty is very experienced with everyone holding at least a PHD and 10+ years of experience. The facultt student ratio is 1:20 . The teaching method is very efficient and easy to understand, special care is taken about doubt clearing of every student. Exams are conducted every few weeks known as sessionals and final exams at the end of the semester. Exams are moderately difficult.

Holistic growth of students is always a special concern of students and placements opportunities are also taken into consideration. Teachers also make us aware of internship opportunities available in every semester to make us more eligible for placements.

Students become eligible for campus placements in their final year of respective courses. Companies like TCS come for campus placements. Recently a student from btech got a package of 67 lakhs at AMAZON. Students interested to join the armed forces alsa have many opportunities through NCC and many university entry schemes.

The fees are very affordable comparing to other colleges and various scholarships are provided on the basis of economically backward sections. Stipend is given to the students of M. Tech and PHD .Research scholars can easily take care of their expenses and support their family along with contributing to their nation.

The campus life is very cheerful as the courses offered are very diverse and students of different ethnicity can be seen and everyone enjoys without any duscrimation. There are many societies according to the interest of students. The library has state of the art infrastructure and the availability of books is highly likely and the administration takes special attention that books are provided to the students. Sports and co-curricular activities are not neglected for the holistic growth of children. Contribution towards society is also promoted as students can teach younger students at the savera school inside the university.
