After I got my ipu cet rank I have set the preferences of almost all colleges and my college RDIAS is at the 5th spot. before RDIAS there are Maharaja Surajmal, Maharaja Agrasen institutes, JIMS and IITM. But I have got admission to RDIAS in the 2nd round of counseling. No, I have not availed of any quota Admission is based on ranks of IPU CET and there are students of 6000-12000(approx) rank in RDIAS The admission process is very easy we just have to fill a form for admission with IDs and documents after that faculty members just feed the details of students on the RDIAS portal after checking everything twice and there are PCs and printers so that every student can excess of there documents. After that students have to pay the Fees.

I choose this course because I am interested in this field. the faculty-student ratio is very nice there are 1 faculty for every 30 students per subject means there are 3 sections of every semester and there 2 or 3 different teachers for every sem and section. Almost every faculty in RDIAS has done Phd in their field and higher studies in their field. Internal exams take place after two months from the starting of the semester and at the end of the semester there is an MCQ test and after that externals (after every 6 months).

There are many Internship oppurtunities and most of them are for HR ,sales and marketing roles and because in the lockdown times there are many work from home internship oppurtunities by college itself. companies like Acelot Innovation, Convey, 7med India, Whitehat jr, Tenhard India, Aim India etc. there is even a internship fair for summer internship program where more than 30 companies or even higher participates.

The student becomes eligible after the 5th sem of the college I am also in the 5th sem and some companies like VIVO,planet spark,learning routes etc came to our college for placements. As I am very new to the 5th sem so I have not expirienced much about RDIAS placements but in such a small time many companies have came for placement which excites me allot about my future placements. When I will get the degree I will go for a job for some experience and after that I will go to the masters

I also dont know the fee hiking strategy of RDIAS like every other student they say that they are an A+ category college of GGSIPU. so we have to follow the fees structure given by GGSIPU for the A+ category. there are no scholarships but students can pay fees in two-time installments.

Annual fest RAZZMATAZZ takes place in February every year. In which external students also participate in many events by many societies in RDIAS.Availability of Books in Library is brilliant we can even request our book in the library and can issue that also. there are many books regarding management studies and many journals also and there are daily newspapers of many brands in both Hindi and English languages. There are sports societies where students can play outdoor games like basketball, cricket but they don't have any ground for that. We can go to the ground for practice and there is a common room where every student can enjoy table tennis and can gossip. There are many societies for Academics, Placement, and various hobby societies such as nazariya for photography, sursargam for music lovers, dramatics, dance, etc. there is a Portal for every member which is a very easy way to get all info about yourself and college.
