Placement cell of Rukmini Devi Institute of Advance Studies is very nice, appreciable and aware. You will get an decent placement from this college. In my known one student got an placement in Amazon of 35,000 per month ( 4.20 LPA) work from home. As a fresher it is a very nice salary to get after BBA. Also this college offers only 3 courses ( Bcom hons, BBA and MBA) which is one of the reason every student get an opportunity. If for any reason you are enable to get an placement you can find it out of the college. Apply and give interviews in other companies. Many students don't go for placements they directly go for their Masters. They provide you industrial visits as much as they can so you can get an practical exposure. 60-70% of the students get placement. Average package is 4 LPA and highest package is 8 LPA. In the last semester students are eligible for campus placement but in other semester they give you internships also you will get one internship in which you have to go to the company and work for 45 days. They will train you to work there. My plans after completing Bcom Hons is to get and campus placement or if not campus placement, a job. Along with the job I want to persue my masters (MBA) online. Or if I got admission in a good college for masters I will be persuing my masters only not a job.

Jaro Education, Swiggy and many other unicorn startups are the ones. Too banks like HDFC Bank, and ICICI Banks also offers placements at RDIAS. Placements are around 80 odd percentage and 5-6 lakhs is what most students are offered annually as of now.

The college has its own placement and training cell, where students are provided good placement as well as training for it, students from 3 year becomes eligible for the placement. Around 75 to 250 companies comes to campus for placement. The highest package is 12 lakhs per annum whereas the average package is 6 lakhs per annum, the placement offered is 100 percent. My plans after the degree is to study for masters in business management.

The college does provide good placement and internship programs. The students get eligible for the placement in their 3rd year but students are eligible for the internships from the very first year. There are alot of companies that vists are college and there mostly different every year some are familar also, the big companies like zomato, Amazon and flipkart have also visited for placementss. The highest package for bba is 7L and average is 4.5.

The main reason for selecting this college was that they keep a proper eye on the students Infact they provide proper details about the attendance to the student and well as to their parents. They take students to various places for the betterment of their studies

Placements are overall very good if you make your cv good and study good get good marks have skills and good skills which attracts the companies towards you , you will get a good placement but otherwise also the placements are good.

Students are eligible for campus placement in the last year and even though there i hadn't sit in the campus placement but the packages offered here are average if you want the highest placement you have to be the best.

Placement of college is not so good . Company who comes to visit the college are average or below average companies (except one or two ) and offers a very small package for a small job role . Placement isn't guaranteed either

When students come in 6th semester he/she is eligible for placements. Companies like Wipro, Amazon, Paytm has also came for the campus placement in which they offered 3lac+ packages to the students. My plans after graduation is to pursue my education in the business analyst profile
