Entrance Preview
Delhi university gives admission on the basis of 12th merit. I have scored 90.8% in 12th . So after the fifth cut off which was 89% I go to the college and did all the formalities then pay the fee online ,thus too the admission finally in Rajdhani college which is affiliated to CBSE.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is really good as it's not so long n not to short. It's not so hard n not so easy too. I have 4 subjects electronics Mathematics, network analysis,english and calculus as a generic subject. Every subject has 4,5 units. Each unit has 15 topics approx.
Internships Opportunities
Yes our college provides internship but only to 3rd year students .For it, you must need to see the notice board. It contains all the information about internships offered to students by our college.
College Events
There wasn't any event celebrated since I am I this college or since August 2016 but a fresher party was organised by our seniors unofficially and I am happy to share it with you that I won the title for miss fresher during that. And seniors told us about the last college fest celebrated there in which they have called raftaar to grace the event.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As everyone knows it's a government university . So the fees structure is really very feasible. It's just 14 to 15 k for whole year which includes the examination fee. It's hard to take admission in government college as there's a rush to take admission because of its fees structure which is so low and easily payable for every parents.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships for first year students. You can see them on delhi university website. I think there's more than 10 scholarships for first year candidates. And also there are many competitions which have cash prizes and also there's a cash prize of 5000 for the one who comes first in semester exams. And there's an HDFC Bank in our college which provide loan on different criteria.
Campus Life
Talking about gender ratio in my class, it's 1:5 .Few girls opt for this course as many go for BA courses. In extra curricular ,there are three committees one for dance ,one for singing and another for dramatics,which appreciates the other skills of student.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is bit complicated. I have given exams there last time for the first time. As it's currently my first semester there . Teachers are very honest . They don't allow us to cheat a word. There were two practical during 1st semester . First of networking and second for mathematics. And 4 exams of 75 marks each and other 25 are internal which include attendance ,test and assignment marks. So total is 500 credits.
Admission
I saw the fifth cut off on the du website and print the application form for the course electronics hons in Rajdhani college and then went to the college with passport size photographs and all the necessary documents like 10th n 12th marksheet provisional certificate,migration certificate and character certificate n then completed the form fully and submit it to the counter and they checked whether I m eligible or not.
