College Events
Extra-curricular activities there are many societies out of which western dance society i.e. Verve is the best (this I can assure you as I was a part of it). College provides enough opportunities to show your talent but some admin members with their weird attitude will not give you rooms to practice and organize events yes you heard it right. College is famous for its fests like cultural fest (Nexus) , economic fest (Bliss point) believe me it’s amazing and students from even north campus come here.
Campus Life
Infrastructure and Faculty huge campus with beautiful lawns, college infrastructure is good enough with no air-conditioned rooms. For me, cafeteria was not up to the mark- though it was cheap but it never provided non-veg. Crowd and campus life It was quite cool and chilled out except some snobs. Nearby, there is Satya-niketan which is a hub of eateries, gym, PG etc. You can find all kind of eating joints here suiting your pocket- some of these are Keventers (mine favourite), Chowringhee , CCD, Barista, Big Yellow Door etc
Faculty
Faculty is best for science courses.
