Remarks
The admission criteria are easy you just have to fill the online application form and on the basis of 12th percentage, a merit list is prepared for the selected students. The eligibility is 50% marks in the 12th standard. The selected students appear for the counseling round. on the Counselling day, the students are facilitated by the higher authorities of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Because of my interest, i chose this course. The faculty is very helpful and their qualifications are Mtech and Ph.D. in the respective departments. The teaching method is just basic. Every semester 3 mid terms take place with 1 project submission. Out of the three 2 best ones are selected for overall calculation of the marks.
Placement Experience
In the last year, the students become eligible for placements. The companies that come for placements are Wipro, TCS and E&Y. The average package provided is 3-3.5 lakh per annum. The percentage of students that get placed is nearly 50%, as in my course the placement is less but in other courses like BCA and MCA, the placement and package is high.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for three years is 79,000. There is no hike in the fee yearly but a separate fee is needed to be paid for examinations. There is no scholarship provided but if the course is not self-financed then the fee is affordable.
Campus Life
The annual fest is DeepWoods, it is very famous in our college and happens every year in the month of February. There are various festivals that are conducted by the hostels like Moonshadow and Octavia. The library is very rich with books and every student can issue books on their id cards. NCC and NSS are the groups in the college.
