My college comes under VTU ,thus i gave COMEDK exam for entrance. This is the admission procedure for the non karnatka students.I opted this college because of two reasons ,very good placement and the architecture .
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum i assess from the my friend whose elder brother was currently studding in this college and i also got some ideas from the web searches.after the query i got to know that this is a good course for studding in bangalore .Bangalore is IT hub of india thus choosing electronics & communication here would be the good opportunity.
Internships Opportunities
No, this college do not provides any internship. This is the private college so it wont be able to get any funding from the government,thus the internship is not provided.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities of this college is very good. Almost 200 IT and 50 core companies comes every year for the campus recruitment. The average package for the IT companies is around 4 LPA. Students belongs to the computer science and the information science use to get higher package.
College Events
This college use to organised lot of technical,cultural and sports fest. These fests are organised according to the department as well as college level. DSCE is the no 1 college for such type of event in Bangalore examples of some important fest name -VIBRATION,TECHNICA,FURORE and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship facility is available only for the Karnataka students only. The students comes from other state do not get any benefit of this scholarship .
Exam Structure
The examination structure of this college is moderated.its not chilled out neither hectic. Every semester end there is a university exam (both theory and lab). Follow by the three internal examination.Passing in the university and internal examination is very important to step on the the next semester.
Admission
For this i gave COMEDK entrance exam and i got 6748 all india ranking.After two round counselling i got this college. Admission process is quite easy ,after getting the rank card go two the allotted college fill the form and complete the overall procedure.
Faculty
Faculty of this college is average level,they are highly qualified but some of them are hardly able to clear the basics of the subject. The location of the college is south india so most of the faculty belongs to the south india. Any ways classes are regular so they got enough time to complete the courses.
