IIm Bodh Gaya@ Review

ROI is one of the reason for chossing the IIM Bodh Gaya as well location is preferable for me. And the ratio of students and teachers are good enough in Bodh Gaya as well as the placement package is good enough from Bodh Gaya if we compare with IIM Jammu So that some of the points I choose IIM Bodh Gaya

Talking about the faculty and the academic curriculum so most of the IIMs follow the pedagogy of Harvard, So most of the classes are case based we have to case discussion in a classes and the entire curriculum are followed like that is most of the practical approach rather than theoretical one. And the faculty that I actually like the most are Nidhi Ma'am, She has done the PhD from IIM Ahmadabad and she is very good faculty like the approach and the discussion that we have in the class, we actually get to understand the point of view that she has. So the peer to peer learning is actually helping in entire curriculum

More than the half students from the batch 2022 are placed on the summer internship and most of the role we are getting are mostly business development and the analytic roles, HR as well from the company like Kotak Mahindra, Ambani group etc

So as we all are know industry is not as has been last year so placement is bit difficult but more than the half student from the batch from 2022 are already placed on the summer internship and most of the role we are getting are business development, the analytic roles, HR as well from the company like Kotak Mahindra, Ambani group etc so they approach the students also taking the students for the internship.And for 2021 batch collegedunia is one of the company which has taken our one of the senior, Zomato was there, delivery etc there were lots of company which came to campus and few of the seniors yet to be placed.Average package is gone about 12 lakhs, median is almost between 10-11 lakh last year.

For Scholarship I'm not too sure but for fees structure they check the ROI of the students before choosing the B school they choose the ROI of the institution also the fees has not increase for 2020 batch, it was same for the 2020 batch. So fees is around 10. 7 Lakhs plus hostels and other expensive but the average has again always its almost about 11 lakhs. So looking at the ROI I actually consider on the option where the fees were increased to 13 and so the placement on the similar level so ROI was on the higher side.

Most of the time we were busy on the assignment and project. So the initial conversation. every cultures functions there is cultural committee who used to conduct all the activities online even the sports committee they used to done all the activity like fit India etc online and we have to submitted what is required for the activity online and apart from that we have a lot seminar through conducted by placement team and a there was seminar conducted by entrepreneurs cells as well. So we actually gain a lot from the seminars because all the industries head use to come and give the insides on how the industry functioning on this time when things are not probably channelized and not working as they had before. SO overall it has been good experience so far.

CAT 2019 and after that I got a call for SAP process from IIM Bhodh Gaya and IIM Jammu, they both conduct the process together. So that was the month of Feb when I received a email for a SAP process and the interview was conducted on the month march. And after March the result was declared in month of May and the admission process towards the beginning of July. Interview conducted by two professors from IIM Bodh Gaya and it was mix of stress interview and the general one so basically when I was entered they were asked about some initial questions regarding the work experience that I had so basically I had working on the amazon so they ask me about my role. I was Risk Analyst they ask me the questions like, So I was answer the question as per my experience and the stress was coming when they ask me the question about the 2016 year passed out my engineer project so basically I have not idea bout that the project. They ask me the question about the Bihar region because I'm from Bihar so they ask me questions like the languages which we spoken there and how the people and the other things.
