Remarks
Because DU( Delhi University ) is a central university and. it has top colleges in India, so after my 12th I applied for B.Sc.(math. Hon). And I choose P.G.D.A.V(eve.) College due to its quality of professor.at starting I found this college on my merit basis, but as I scored high in my first semester exam so can change my college if I want.but I had best professor what I felt.so I decided to be in P.G.D.A.V.
Course Curriculum Overview
Courses - as I explained I got best professor.so I never felt anything hard in my graduation.and if we talk about the course B.Sc. mathematics, it has 4 subject in first sem. And later we studied 5 subjects also in semester 5,6.Curriculum- a lot of options were available for activities in this college, including,lot of seminors for enhancing our knowledge.Academics- after completing year their was a academic award given to students on their result basis.and I was lucky to receive it for all 3 years.Faculty- the faculty member was too good as.they guided us in right direction.and also helpful.
Placement Experience
Yes many students had received placement. and got placement of 50000/months. many private company came in campus.but I never applied for placement interview. And their is a lot of opportunity after completing B.Sc.as we can teach students.and after pg and PhD we can apply for professor.and prepare for Other government exams.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee what I paid in first year was nearly 12000, but in second,third year paid - 15000 for each. And yes I received fee concession of 5000 every year.so it was helpful for me.and their is sufficient scholarship scheme given by the university under which we can receive some help for that we always need to aware and daily check notice on website of DU.
Campus Life
At starting it looks tough for 1st sem. But later as we get some bond with the students we enjoyed the college life as a heaven.along with study we had played football,cricket,volleyball.basketball, And the whole class bunked for a lot of times.to play games.and our professors never force us for study.if we were not in mood of study. they say one world.I don't want anyone in class.if I found single I will teach.so manage yourself by cooperating with classmate.
