A-Z about ANITS using A-Z

Good aspects: 1.Discipline and punctuality of faculty(not students). 2.Some of the faculty are sound at their subjects.3. Almost every lab is available with all equipments. 4.Library is the best part of college for me. 5.Faculty and college Pretend to be very strict so that students will not be out of control. 6.Wearing uniform will bring you a lot of character as compared to non-uniform. 7.Well maintained Atmosphere.8. Very easy to pass the semester exams even scoring scoring high grades is also not a difficult thing though it is affiliated to AU that never impact anything as it is autonomous college.9. If you would like to enjoy of course you can(Theatres, Beach were nearby)10. Travelling for less than 1hour will get you down at vizag were you can find everything (Coaching centres, theatres, beaches etc)11. Workshops, clubs will be always available at your fingertips if your interested.12. Small Canteen but food is always available and that place would be as a good memory.Bad aspects: 1. You can feel the good Atmosphere but not royality as people find royality by the land occupied by the overall colleg here the college space is very less. 2. Only few faculties were sound at subject, I won't say other faculty are dumb they were just ok to teach you for semester examinations not more than that.3. Examination papers were of easy level everytime and paper correction also of same easy level.4. As I said level of teaching can be useful only upto semester exams so I should not even like to talk about practical way of teachingGVP-High fee and remaining pros and cons won't differ much between GVP and ANITS I think.MVGR-Difficult to travel to vizag for coachingSo I prefered ANITS over these three U can go through the college website ANITS.edu.in

About Faculty: In the department of Mechanical engineering I can find more than 10 faculty were great at their subjects as we have 4 sections you can't be taught by all those 7. Remaining faculty were good at teaching for semester exams only. Scrap kind of faculty were very less every faculty is productive but only to the levels that I mentioned. Every faculty is always willing to help but only if student is interested (mostly no one is interested). You can learn some practical knowledge from technicians as they will explain the experiments in lab and they too interact very well.Coming to Non-technical faculty: One statement. These guys were really gems.Faculty ratio: I can't exactly comment on this but what I can say is that, every subject will have 2+ faculties so that you can approach other faculty if you can't matchup with the assigned faculty for your section and also every faculty deals more than one subject.Way of teaching: Mostly they teach you the exact things from semester exam useful books.Time: Just one statement- "Time means Anits, Anits means Time".

They will conduct a workshop of either, python or catia or such things and you can attend them and you can submit them as them as internship. Apart from that you won't get any assistance for internship it's completely upto you. Project: This is just included in the curriculum as it is mandatory that's it nothing more than that. As I said before but they pretend to be strict.

From 5th semester students will be tunned to get into campus. As I mentioned earlier TCS, AMAZON, IBM, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, MEDHA, HYUNDAI, BOSCH were some of the top apart from these there were few more but they offer very less salary, if you are in a bubble of wanting a job that's it and if you are good and coading(will be taught in 1styear)and apptitude and english (will be taught from 5th semester) you will be placed.

Fee hike: They won't even ask you for single rupee other than 76,300 as far as I know but there were some rumours thats changing from 2021 I have no info about that.Financial assistance or scholarship: As iam from diploma iam not much aware actually as we have no such things. let me tell you what I know for the students from intermediate, less than 10000- No Tution fee that's what I know and iam not exactly sure as well.Campus jobs: Software:TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRA, ACCENTURE, IBM,AMAZON etc Mechanical: MEDHA, HYUNDAI, BOSCHNOTE: Campus selection and attempting the exams is irrespective of branch, if are good at the exams conducted by them you will be selected. And it's easy to get placed if you are an average student also but for software campus placement you must know any language (taught in 1st year of BTech). Conclusion about campus placements is easy to crack if you are willing to salaries will be around 2.4-5 LPA

Fest: If you are expecting to have a part of your life as happydays movie you will be very much disappointed for sure because they conduct fests just for the sake of conducting but students give there best to make it better because that's the only time they get the chance. Clubs: well runned by students and no much involvement from facultySports: Mostly U can't even hear this name from the side of college. If your interested you can they won't stop you but after college timings. You will be very much disappointed after seeing ground as well but that's enough to play with friends it not big enough for tournaments and all.Library: one statement- "The best part of my college".

Hostel facility is fine but food is below par for that money but the good thing is college is surrounded by other hostels(much better compared to college hostel) and rooms. As the choice will be in your hands nothing much to worry actually.
