JEE mains my JEE mains score is 145. Because it is the only college that gives me a seat for my marks that i scored.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course in this college is EVD. Means electronics and communication engineering design and manufacturing +VLSI system design (5 year dual degree). This college is mainly based on design and manufacturing and their curriculum is very good. We can actually able to design and product by the end of the course.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college provides internships. I don't know actually because I'm studying 1 year . But many of the 4th year students got internships.

Placement Experience

The placements in his college is poor . But in the future this college placements will be very good. Many students got jobs and many others are studying in foreign countries.i the highest package till now is 15 lakhs and least package is 3 lakhs . The average package is 6 lakhs. Many companies like TCS, accenture, wipro etc will come to our college for placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible because it is a central funded institute. And this is a central government college and we can enter this college through jee mains exam only. For PC students the fees including hostel ,mess and studies is 70 k per semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, loans are available in this college. And this college provided many scholarships to merit students and backward caste students. I not got any scholarship and I not took any loan from this college. So cant tell much about this topic.

Campus Life

The majority of the students are boys. The ratio of boys vs girls may be 5:1. The majority of the students are from Andhra Pradesh. And there are students from all states including Jammu and Kashmir. They conduct many many workshops on robotics, software development, electronics etc. I made my first ever robot in this college only through these workshops.

Alumni/Alumna

No I not met any of our college alumni. But many of our seniors gave good information about the college studies and how to prepare for the upcoming exams and precautions that we should take during exams.

Exam Structure

The exam pattern is good. Each semester consists of three exams quiz 1 ,quiz 2 and end sem. The quizzes carries 50 marks and the end sem carries 50 marks. Some of the exams and labs makes our day hectic and some makes us chilled out.

Admission

After getting seat allotment letter I went to near by verification centre and they verified my all certificates. And after this process I went to the allotted college and I filled all the forms required. The administration is very good and they are very helpful to all the students.

Faculty

All faculty in this college are PhDs from top IITs . And very well experienced faculty. Some lecturers are there who wont teach classes properly but we can adjust it and for every course there are good professors. They mainly covers the important topics in a particular course and by the end of the course we get full knowledge about that course.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I applied to NIT CALICUT NIT SURATKAL, NIT TRICHY. For my trial round i got nit suratkal for EEE. But i shifted it to down and kept iiitdmk up..I chose this as it was the only college with Smart Manufacturing. Course and i was intrested in the way the curriculum was set including Cs,ece,eee Nd mechanical.As my jee score was not great to enter cse courses in nit calicut i got rejected there.
