Remarks
As compared to many other Private Universities the fees structure for B.Tech program here is very less. The infra structure is also very good(Not as great as BITS or UPES but fair enough for the Money I'll be paying). The Faculty seemed quite experienced(Not professor level but mostly Post- Graduates and some of them are even PhD.)The admission Process was also Quite easy and simple, they provide a counselor who explained everything in depth. I got Admission easily as my 12th Grades was quite good.I also consulted with some of the alumni about the placements and Internships and got positive review form almost everyone.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum has been thoroughly updated and is still relevant in today's market. They have created their course with the goal of ensuring that students are well-equipped and capable after completing their individual training. The program of courses is frequently updated and new topics or subjects are often added. They teach subjects which are not in the curriculum, but which are essential for the development and the competence of an individual for the industry. The faculty is extremely well-known and knowledgeable. One thing I noticed here is to prepare an individual industry through practical training and classroom learning. You are given numerous opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities that are beneficial to your development. The professors are well-educated and well-versed in their respective fields. Although you won't find professors here, the majority of the faculty are post-graduates, with some even holding PhDs.
Internships Opportunities
I Opted for my summer Internship and got selected by Hewlett-Packard India for their 2 month Online summer Internship. The whole experience was like I was Working Full time with them. I was invited to group meetings, seminars, Discussions and they gave me work like a real employee(But according to my level of education). The Stipend was performance based and I got a good amount of money along with a recommendation letter and a certificate.
Placement Experience
The Advertised Placement Packages very good and the average package for B.Tech was 3-5 lakh. They also have a dedicated Placement Department and training cell that guarantees that large corporations participate in the placements efforts. The Highest package for my degree was 17 Lakh per annum and the average is 4-4.5 lakh. The University also claimed that they have a 100% placement rate which is good for students. I Have planned to Accept a decent package from the college work for a couple of years to gain some experience and if required will go for Masters or I will apply to some other company on my own.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is very Low as compared to other Private Universities in the country, 550000 for Full B.Tech program and it is value for money. They also offers support for students in internships with reputable organizations. They worked with AIESEC and other voluntary agencies to help gain practical knowledge. Even though I haven't experienced it yet but it seemed quite helpful for future Placements.
Campus Life
The Student life is not confined to Academics alone. The University Hosts Some of the biggest fests, Seminars, cultural events and many more. The University has its Annual inter university fest names LAKSHYA in the month of January and February. Its a sport as well as Cultural fest and was even hosted online this year .There are a number Of Sports and activities clubs. Some of the clubs are Technocrats, PU-SAE, Poornima paathshala and many more. The library is very Spacious and has everything well organized. Library feels more comfortable then the classrooms tbh.
Hostel Facilities
At my opinion, the cuisine (while tasty) isn't up to snuff, and in the hostels, students are constantly fighting, which can cause a commotion at times. Aside from this, I'm happy with the hostel because it has RO water, laundry service, and sufficient security.
Admission
No the Admission was Quite Simple, I filled a form giving them all the required documents and details and soon I got the confirmation about the admission. There was no Interview, but yes I talked with a counselor about the Course I will be taking and my future plans.
