I gave CLAT after completing my 12th . I got good rank and applied for many IP colleges and even got admission there but once I entered Manav Rachna International University to give the exam and interview there was something very fascinating about the college, the environment, the infrastructure, the faculties. Also, I wanted to do law and it even provided an integrated course for law which is BBA.LLB so that is what caught my eye. I first had a computerized exam which I cleared, then there was a group discussion round in which I got chosen since I answered a lot of questions and finally there was a personap interview round in which the teachers got impressed by my communications skills. I even got scholarship in my first year. My college arranged the Fresher's party in which I got the opportunity and I'm so blessed that I got the title of Miss Fresher's 2019. The study system here is fantastic, the teachers are very cooperative and understanding and clear our concepts very well.

I chose to do this integrated program as in just 5 years it will get me a degree of BBA as well as LLB. We have law subjects like IPC, CPC , CrPC, Evidence law. There are various sections and articles we need to keep in mind. I chose being lawyer as a career since i love doing social work. I've sometimes been to ashrams and given food, clothes,etc and also I like serving the society and I know to bring a change in the society it is needed for strong lawyers in our society. If serving the society makes you earn then what is better than that. I'm enjoying my law subjects as well as practical subjects and the faculty members are so friendly and helpful, there are various competitions held in our college providing us with various extra curricular activities, I've even taken part in our sports day races.

In first year since I got a good Percentage rate so college wanted to provide me a very good internship opportunity, my faculty HOD offered for a very good law firm but it was vwry far from my place so I couldn't continue with that internship, once I was provided with the list, lockdown started in first year. Unfortunately I had to do an online internship. I did internship under the law firm SunLegal which brought me great experience, i got to learn a lot of new things, my case brief writing skills improved, article writing,etc. It was not a paid internship as my main aim was to gather more and more knowledge and experience rather than looking for a paid internship. Now my colleges haveagain opened . I hope to get a good opportunity now.

Since Manav Rachna is a private university so obviously the fees structure is a little more as compared to other colleges like DU and IP. Scholarship is given to that student who brings the highest percentage in a particular year. I was the one who got chosen to be given scholarship which made my parents feel so proud as I promised them that if they put me in Manav Rachna I'll give my 100% and study here with full dedication. My teachers are happy with me and they even compliment my performance on PTMs. Also, our college provides internship opportunities to students who find it difficult to find internships outside. We go out for legal aid camps providing legal assistance in courts , we go on educational short trips. The fees goes twice a year since there are two semesters in a year, in first installment higher amount of fees goes and in second lesser goes. Teachers are always available whenever we have any doubts or any trouble in campus.

There are annual fests held in our college held in November in which famous celebrities come and give their performances like Farhan Akhtar,etc. There are various events and competitions held for occassions like festivals , Rakhi celebration, Durga pooja, Valentine's,etc. We participate and even get prizes. There are various communities and societies in the campus like arts ,music, dancing society. I was part of fashion society, they used to take us to different colleges for competitions but I had to quit due to a lot of pressure of my classes last year. I'll join again and give auditions. The classrooms are well furnished, fully air conditioned classes, everything neat and tidy, there are moot court competitions. I enkot studies as well as extra curricular activities as they are also equally important.

Vefore coming to campus to give my enterance exam I was just asked to preparw basic subjects like English, legal aptitude, logical reasoning and I was told that there will be a GD round so I couldn't prepare much for that since the topics which they give are on the spot. There were MCQs in computerized exam which i gave and went pretty well and then for GD they gave a topic as to why is leadership important, we had to answer spontaneously and I was the first one to answer . I don't remember much but I said that leadership is not only about controlling people and assigning them taska but also keeping them together and working together as a team. I cleared this round and went for Personal interview in which I was asked by a teacher that why did I chose Manav Rachna, I answered by saying that this campus environment makes me feel comfortable, I love the atmosphere here and even the faculties, it was neat and clean , disciplined .
