Remarks

Admission through JoSAA counseling. You should clear the minimum cut off (JEE Advanced CML rank) for the course. For my course it was 12901 (general category). Minimum age for appearing in the exam is 25 years. I applied only for the JoSAA counselling process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to take an interdisciplinary course. We have a PhD. faculties and faculty: student ratio is 0.05. Exams were conducted 2 times a semester. Passing is not tough in the online mode of examinations.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have not applied for an internship and hence have not been offered it yet. Companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft and Flipkart have offered summer internships till now. Research internships are offered from the second year itself.

Placement Experience

4.5

Fourth and Fifth years are eligible for campus placements. Big companies like Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Google, Apple and Deloitte have hired from IIT BHU for a long time. I plan to do research after my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is 200000 per year. Not aware of the fee hike policy. There are a list of Alumni funded scholarships and medals in our college. Join opportunities provided via mail. Just in my second year, not got a job yet.

Campus Life

They are a lot of clubs that are run by students autonomously. Film and Media council, Science and Technology Council, Health and Hygiene club and Students' Welfare council have several other mini clubs. Not been on campus yet so not aware of the amenities on campus. We have FMC weekend, Technex, and Spardha as our fests.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

I choose iit bhu because of iit tag string mining dept and most imp the campus life which felt better than other options i have . I have options of few iits like iit dhanbad and all but iit bhu stood out the most from all other iits in terms of everyaspect as it has strong placements records and aluminia base with lots of supported startups.
